Brand and identity theft alert. The claim is affiliation with a reputable legitimate retailer. Not so. I haven’t ordered from them and will not; given the claims made in their advertising I received. The marketing is highly suspicious.
This company misrepresented what they sell. Saw a cute hamper for clothing. Item says it is quilted. Nothing is quilted on it. When I first wrote to them Feb. 19, they said there could be some discrepancies. They said I could get a 20% credit, but I'd have to return it to Hong Kong, even though they have an address in CO. Not a place I'll ever do business with again.
The product pictures appear as quilts and the description states it is quilted, but it is a flat screen printed picture and not pretty. It is falsely advertised.
They Advertised a bag I purchased as quilted, but it is not quilted, just lines on the fabric to imitate quilting. So I contacted them for a refund and they are refusing.
The laundry baskets are an absolute scam. They claim they are quilted fabric and canvas but in reality are extremely cheap printed plastic - absolute garbage. Customer service only offered me a 20% refund and are extremely reluctant to let me return it, since it came from Homg Kong.
Product received is not product advertised. Instead of quilting, the product is a harsh, printed canvas. This experience reminds me only to shop with those companies I know.
I ordered a quilted hamper. I received a shapeless hamper with the design printed on canvas.
Very misleading web site.
This company falsely advertised laundry hampers. The description describes item as being quilted and photo shows a quilted item with appliques. I received a canvas hamper with a drawing applied. Had I known that the hamper was not quilted, I would not have purchased it.
