Jason is a very knowledgeable and experienced stylist and I am delighted with my new haircut. Look forward to my next visit, the place was spacious and relaxing. Reception and assistants all very attentive and helpful too.

I have been going to Willow as long as I can remember. That is, in itself, is testament to how good I think it is. The best salon in London at an affordable price. Well done Sarah and her team.

I have been coming to Willow as a client of Sarah's for many years - it is my trusted friendly local salon. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you always get excellent advice, and my hair looks fantastic again after a year of lockdown and neglect!!!

I have had my hair done at Willow for years....my present stylist is Sarah....She does my colour, my cut and regularly gives me a blow dry. In all these different areas of hair dressing she is superb and deeply experienced. I now trust her to advise me on style, length and colour variation. I know I am in the best hands and value her skill enormously....I unconditionally recommend her.

I came to Willow for help with a failed haircut. Sarah asked great questions, quickly sorted what I was looking for, and got right to it. The shampoo was marvellous and Sarah was friendly and warm throughout the trim. When I had to dash, she accommodated by expediting the blow-dry and payment process. My hair looks great, lots of compliments, and I'm confident Sarah will effortlessly handle future hair requests. I'll be back.

I went here to get rid of some brassy orange tones from a bad home box dye, left with the same colour !, hair looks no different but that privilege cost me £198,
Did call them the day after to explain I was not happy and to find out why it was so expensive, was informed I had a toner and I also had a T section done, well I had 3 foils put on either side of my head and apparently that was it!!!!! Nothing on top. Did ask for a callback from the manager who never called, would not recommend.

Only my second visit today but I know I'll return for years to come. A lovely salon, friendly staff and excellent hair styling.

I went to Willow Hair today for the first time. Natalie did my hair and I have never been happier. The colour and cut are amazing. Very nice vibe there too, relaxed and they make you feel very comfortable. Think I’ve finally found my hairdresser!

Absolutely lovely and welcoming staff, the colour of my hair is always perfect (no matter what colour or style I ask for) and it's cut exactly as I like it each time (no matter who is cutting it). The salon is always clean, uses great products - and finally, the partnership with the Italian restaurant next door to get great coffees brought over is an added bonus!!

It was great to get back to the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the Willow salon. Sarah gave me a great haircut and a fantastic colour, it really lifted my spirits. Just what I needed after "lockdown hair" I also enjoyed a relaxing head massage when the conditioner was applied. Others have complemented me on my hair, I couldn't ask for anything more!
