Serious chocolate, I believe the best available in the UK. If you know who Amedei is then you probably know that a chocolatier that uses it is to be taken very seriously indeed. Now think a moment about the decision to use Amedei, and extrapolate that expertise and consideration to the fillings. The sort of chocolates that a single one a day is more than enough of an experience*. This is not CDM - although WC does do a line of nostalgic confectionary which I must try at some point!
Utterly sublime.

Epic Chocolates!
William Curley offers so many delicious treats, from bars, nostalgic recreations and truffles through to their wonderful couture chocolates - and everything is amazing! The chocolate is always the star, and flavoured infusions seem to be pitched just perfect in embellishing, but not overpowering the lovely Amedei base chocolate used. A special treat I look forward to.
(If I had any small gripe at all, it would be the boxes used for the couture chocolate. They look great online, but just don't perform as well or feel as polished as others I have encountered. For example, I recently had some Iain Burnett chocolates and the magnetic flip chocolate boxes were superb - easier to use, protected the chocolates better, and felt really premium).
