Great product marred by an absolutely woeful delivery partner (yodel) my delivery is over a week late now and yodel have been worse than useless

Unfortunately this makes the £170 subscription I have with them completely unusable as I can’t rely on Wild to ship the food to me before the previous shipment has run out, even with a one week buffer of food.

Customer service have been great. I asked a few questions and they answered super quickly and helped as much as they could.
Dog loves the food. Feels better knowing I’m giving him some good food without the fuss of defrosting and the freezer space. I just wish that the bags would seal up a little easier/ better.

My beagles love it!! Been on it a month now, transition as per instructions has went smoothly! Hoping to see the effects of a this better diet in the coming months! Subscription had work flawlessly,, customer response has been very good ,, very happy

I couldn’t be happier with Wild Dog Food! I have three dogs, and all of them absolutely love it – they finish their bowls straight away, which they never used to do with their previous food. The health benefits have also been amazing. One of my dogs regularly suffered from yeast infections in his ear, but since switching to Wild Dog Food, those issues have completely stopped. It’s such a relief to see them all enjoying mealtimes while staying healthy. Highly recommended!

I’m not sure why but although my pup loved this it really didn’t agree with him. He’s 9 months old and was doing at least 6 sometimes more, absolutely huge poops each day and drinking so much water that he could single handedly have caused a water shortage. I persevered with it because I thought it was maybe taking him a while to get used to it, but he’s off it now and is pooping maybe a max of three times a day and drinking normally. I also found that the stuff at the bottom of the bag had pretty much gone to mush and was useless. I think we probs may lost one meal per bag because of this. One more thing… in one of the bags I found a 5p and a 1p coin!

My dog loves all the flavours from Wild. She even likes them as a treat.
Looking forward to her trying the new flavours.

First thing to note about this company is the customer service! They have been amazing every step of the way.

It was a struggle finding a dry food without a load of random things in. Then i came across Wild Pet Food.

All the ingredients they use are actually decent, and you know what they are too! This made converting from raw feeding a much easier choice.

My pup is currently loving their new Rabbit one!

Although I am more than happy with the quality of the actual food I’m appalled at the customer service or lack of it ..
No phone number to actually speak to someone .. after sending lots of emails exposing that over £100 had been taken from my bank in one month Rachel sent one email saying too late to cancel and I would have to return the food .. subscriptions are hard to cancel and no good will gesture at all so left me very short of money .. disgusted to say the least .. very poor show wild pet food
Safe to say I now have to change to a different dog food !!

Quick, Free Delivery and the Cold Pressed Dog Food is of good quality.

Fantastic food, my raw fed dogs do great on it if I forget to defrost a meal (which is pretty regular lol) I usually rehydrate with bone broth, I find that equal parts bone broth to weight in the food eg 240g cold pressed 240ml bone broth hydrates it perfectly especially if you mix it in hot you can mash it with a fork and transforms the food into a Pate which is also good for licki mats.

My dog loves this food, I love that I can trust the ingredients in it and how easy it is to set up a subscription. I have always received my deliveries on time and the team even helped to advise me on how to switch my dog over to this food and checked in on how it was going. Highly recommend!!

We recently gave a rescue puppy a home, when we got him home he was underweight ,his behaviours suggested he was undernourished i.e. he was constantly wanting, his coat was coarse and his breathe was similar to an elderly dog. We decided to change his food to Wild to increase his protein intake to help him grow/develop but also to satisfy him more.
The results have been amazing and we are so grateful to the company for their support in transition period .
Instead of literally almost consuming the bowl his meals are served in he is more relaxed and patient although always keen to eat but he demonstrates satisfaction .He has a good covering now and is at the right weight for his age . His coat is now beautiful and soft with a fabulous shine and his breathe is how a puppy's breathe should be .
The customer service has been incredible we have been so impressed with the personal touch of emailing to check how we are getting on and offering solutions to help through transition from ordinary kibble to this cold pressed raw food.
The delivery has been brilliant with a very useful link on the website where you can create your own account and manage the deliveries.

Decided to change my dogs food from frozen raw mince to Wild Food and haven't regretted it. After following the transition guide supplied it has been an easy switch and my dog loves the food. It's so much easier when we go on holiday too, not having to worry about freezers etc. The owner made contact several times to check in during the transition period. The subscription is great plus too. No regrets choosing Wild Food. 5 stars all the way.

I swapped my pup ( miniature Dachshund) from a very high rated dry food to wild pet food and I couldn’t have made a better choice , his coat is better , his 💩 is better, and he seems to enjoy his food better and seems more satisfied
I actually buy it from a local stockists who sell it cheaper than I can buy it online (fantastic! ) one bag lasts around a month so it works out cheaper than the brand I was feeding before …. Win , win !

My dog has severe food allergies. He's really restricted to what meals he can eat! Bug Bakes wet tinned food is brilliant. It keeps in the fridge very well. Also the Bug Bakes 100% insect protein treats, he goes crazy for them. Customer service is fantastic, and deliveries are always quick. 5 stars all round! This is my dog's favourite wet food. He's allergic to all meat, poultry, rice, eggs, potatoes, sweet potato, really hard! Angy gives Bug Bakes 10 stars!

Very convenient to store and prepare, however once the discounts ended it was very expensive monthly for a labrador. My dog has a chicken intolerance, and once they removed the option to do a mix & match 4 bags of your choice, her monthly cost was £177!
Her poops became better on Wild a month after finishing the transition but still weren't perfect so we have since moved on to another brand

Edit following Wild's reply: a 2.5kg bag is £44.43. To buy 4 of these (which is the quantity we used to receive a month) is £177.72

Easy to order and fast delivery. Fantastic food, no nasties, and our dogs love it.

My fussy 16 Yr old Sib Husky took to the chicken mince at first feed and enjoyed her meal. No funny smells, packed in a keep cold case and well frozen on delivery all was a pleasant first buy from Pawsitive.
My only quibble here is I ordered my Frozen Chicken Mince from "Pawsitive" and received it from "Middleton Raw Dog Foods" why I ask so untill the query is resolved I will look elsewhere.
