1-Star Review: Suspicious Cold Email Tactics and Unprofessional Follow-Up
I recently received an unsolicited email from someone named "Hardacre" using a strange personal Gmail address, claiming they had discovered errors on my website and offering to show them to me. Curious, I replied yes, only to get a response from a completely different person named "Riya," this time using a wildnettechnologies.com email address. Riya claimed to have reviewed my site personally.
When I questioned what happened to Hardacre, why they didn't follow up themselves, and why an alleged employee was using Gmail instead of a company domain, I received the vague excuse that they were "working on his email." This is the exact same dodgy response I've gotten from similar unsolicited outreach in the past. Additionally, I never gave permission for my contact details to be passed to another person, nor was I informed that would happen. I bet they sold it.

To top it off, many of the positive reviews on Trustpilot for this company appear suspiciously similar in wording, which raises serious doubts about their authenticity.

This whole interaction felt like a classic cold outreach ploy rather than a genuine service offer. Avoid engaging—it's not worth the red flags. My honest experience: steer clear.

And the website they claimed to be mine was not even remotely close.
