Misled advice on advertising
1. I purchased the product for my friend who has mild incontinence, as advertised on instagram that’s what it was for, when I went to check out they overcharged me, when we received the products being excited about the results we opened it without reading what the product was for. Then we read on the bottle that it was a sleep aid which didn’t work anyway.
2 we asked for a refund and returned 2 bottles as they wouldn’t accept the opened bottle?
How are you suppose to know in 30 days if you don’t try it first?
You should give full refund back not just for unopened bottles.
To me this company is a scammer, I don’t know how it has 5 stars, yet it rates at 3.8 when you first open Trust pilot???
