Working with this company was like the twilight zone. They took my money without hesitation, but then didn't provide the service, and then refused to refund me. When I threatened to complain, they threatened to defame me on Wikipedia. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau.

They operate by asking for full payment, promising full refund and will subsequently ask for extra payments from time to time with the reason to establish notability of your company through 3rd party media, which is a lie. All these will take about 6 months. You will never get any refund not a wiki page. Beware of Adam Mullen and Chris Jones. They are the main representatives that will con you. Very shady operation - Nothing adds up
After nearly placing an order with this company, thank you to the Trust Pilot reviews that made me dig deeper.

The company is operating from three separate websites, I also have a suspicion they are using a chatbot as I went on at 4am and got a message within about 3 seconds.

To add to this, each website is registered at different addresses in Dallas and also ZoomInfo claims they have a turnover of over $5 million, yet are registered to shared working space (324 North St. Paul Street, Suite 3100, Dallas, TX 75201) and have one employee on LinkedIn.

Their LinkedIn profile also suggests they have 200-500 employees and the link to their website (from LinkedIn) is coming up with a warning page of "Malicious Website Suspected." Very suspicious activity, STAY AWAY.

Once payment was processed they created a workspace. We added our information and no changes were made to our page over the past 8 months.

Used their service to get our old Wikipedia page updated and re-posted on Wikipedia. They managed to get it approved in one go which is commendable. I've received several spam emails from this company. They circumvented my spam filters by sending emails from several different email addresses.

I contacted them through their website. They refused to tell me where they got my contact details from, and hung up on me when I asked to discuss it with someone from their marketing team.

I would not trust this company.

They understood what I wanted and created 5 wiki pages with complete editing and proofreading in around 3 days. I would definitely opt their further services next time.

the guy running this site gave me a moneyback guarantee if he could not get me a wikipedia page published for my business. he didnt get the page and would not refund me. he basically didnt do any work to try either. when i asked for him to show me the work he did all that was provided to me was the information i submitted when ordering copied and pasted into a word document.
