If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I saw someone make a similar review and my only regret is not seeing it before I sent this company my money. They stated the wig was sent, delivered and received according to THEIR courier, but nothing was delivered to me. It’s been over a month of back and forth and them pretending to look into the issue, until I asked for a refund and miraculously an update appeared. The update? They can’t do anything. Please try any other wig company before you try Wiggins. Your money will be gone and you will be wigless.

This company is a fraud and a scam

This company is a fraud and a scam. They delivered my package to the wrong address and then denied responsibility and lied to Paypal stating everything was delivered to me and my claims were false. I have photo proof of the delivery to the wrong address, a signed letter from FedEx, and multiple emails from Wiggins confirming I didn't receive this package. I asked for a full refund for the issues and instead was denied and told I could only get a $200 refund. I paid $560 for 2 products and didn't receive anything. I do not want a reship or exchange. Give me my money back. All charges will be disputed and I will continue to report this scam and fraud until the issue is resolved.

I ordered from Wiggins twice

I ordered from Wiggins twice. Save your money. I’ve always idolized Wiggins hair based on the online photos and partnered reviews on YouTube. The hair is amazing out the box with first day install. After a week, this hair began to shed. Embarrassingly, I had hair everywhere on a daily bases not only from the frontal but the cap. The hair quality also deteriorated after the 2nd wash. It became stiff and very thin. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You will be highly disappointed.

Wiggins hair update: Product Does Not Meet Expected Standards

Update: customer service told me the HD units no longer arrive pre-bleached. They should inform customers of this.

The hair I received did not have bleached knots as advertised and contained an excessive number of short hairs at the top, which negatively affected the overall appearance.

While the hair does feel thick and the curls added are well done, these positives do not outweigh the quality concerns.

I am currently in the process of returning the item, as it does not meet the standard or description I expected. An update will be provided once the return process is complete.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❌ 1-Star Review: Wiggins Hair – Lost Package, Zero Accountability, and Customer Blame



I am writing this review to warn future customers and to document an experience that has been unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly insulting.

📦 What Happened (Facts Only):

I placed an order with Wiggins Hair and the package was shipped via FedEx.
FedEx later confirmed the package was LOST IN TRANSIT — not delayed, not misdelivered, lost.

This was not my error.
This was not an address issue.
This was not a refusal or missed delivery.

The item was never delivered.



❌ Wiggins Hair’s Response:

Despite FedEx confirming the loss, Wiggins Hair:
• Refused to issue a refund
• Refused to take responsibility as the seller
• Attempted to hide behind their “custom order” policy
• Tried to shift the financial burden onto me, the customer

They suggested I:
• Pay for additional shipping
• Accept a replacement on their terms
• Or simply absorb the loss myself

Let me be very clear:
👉 A “custom order” policy does NOT override consumer law or basic business responsibility.
If you take payment for goods, you are responsible for delivering them.



💳 Payment Limbo & Financial Stress:

To make matters worse, the charge remained in limbo through Klarna, causing:
• Conflicting account information
• Ongoing stress
• Time wasted coordinating between FedEx, Klarna, and Wiggins Hair

Instead of helping resolve the issue, Wiggins Hair:
• Deflected responsibility
• Gave scripted responses
• Offered no real solution
• Showed zero urgency or accountability



🚩 Red Flags Customers Should Know:
• They ship from overseas locations, despite implying U.S. fulfillment
• Tracking and shipping transparency is poor
• Customer service is polite on the surface but non-resolving
• Once something goes wrong, you are on your own



🧠 The Principle That Matters:

I did not receive the product.
FedEx confirmed the loss.
Keeping payment for goods never delivered is indefensible.

Any legitimate business understands this.
Wiggins Hair does not.



⚠️ Final Warning:

If everything goes perfectly, you might be fine.
But if anything goes wrong — shipping delay, loss, carrier issue — expect resistance, deflection, and excuses instead of resolution.

I would strongly recommend:
• Choosing a company with clear U.S. accountability
• Avoiding sellers who refuse refunds for lost shipments
• Reading reviews carefully before ordering

I will never do business with Wiggins Hair again.

Wiggins Hair so far has been the best quality wig I have ever received. The communication was frequent. No sheeding, no smell, came pre-everything. I just wanted to say that since last year October (2024), my wife has been incredibly happy shopping at your store and on your website. Up until 2025,November and December she has purchased three different sets of hair and different colours and she’s been delighted with everything—the quality, the texture, the communication, the discounts, and the overall experience.

She’s definitely planning to shop again soon. I’ve also recommended your store to friends and others because you truly listen and provide great, positive I really appreciate everything you do, including the small gestures you include in the bag. My wife loves it all.

False advertisement. Units are different from what is advertised.

The unit advertised was different from what I received and the shedding was unbelievable. I reached out to the company and they only solution was to offer me a$15 gift card, towards another unit after spending $500+. Well I told them what to do with they $15. These companies cannot be trusted. They advertise one unit and sends you something completely different, then gives you the runarounds and push back to return or exchange. Don’t trust this company!!

Never again working with this company. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. From using terms of endearment (such as honey and dear) to address customers to insisting on needing things not included in their return policy. They are also condescending and tell clients they are wrong when they are concerned about the quality of the product. Never again.

Takes to long to ship and you can not track as they delay in shipping the package, these wigs are made overseas and the delivery times are very untrue and unrealistic for American customers

Chemical smell won’t come out . Beware!

Chemical smell won’t come out gave me a skin infection. After months Of having it tried again to wash the smell out of Hair . Chemical smell still there. I have used and hair I never used. Both hair smell the same. I believe it is very harmful to human. Please beware find safer hair no human hair should smell this way.

I wish I could leave a less than one…

I wish I could leave a less than one star. This company is a straight up scam. They frequently delete reviews or re-list item so you wont read about the issues with the product AND the company.

I ordered from them for the first and last time EVER. I ordered a wig that was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago, was given a fake tracking number and the customer service agent I have been emailing with for weeks, has tried by hook and by crook to get me to just be scammed, swearing it's on the way (still without providing a real tracking number) and then blaming the issue on customs. Then lying and saying they would refund me, even if the hair did arrive, and then back tracking and saying they would refund me only when they received the hair back, which is impossible given that it was never sent proven by the fake tracking number.

I don't and will never know if their products are of any quality, but I doubt it given their dirty deleting of reviews, but PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SHADY A$$ COMPANY!

EDIT: The company response is pathetic. A delay is different from stalling non- responses and then radio silence from customer service a tracking number that literally never worked. To this day (7 weeks later) the order never arrived. I had to file a charge back, and surprise, surprise got my money back, in part because they were given 10 days to respond and never did. How could they. When it's A SCAM.

I’m honestly so disappointed with this…

I’m honestly so disappointed with this company. The hair tangles up so easily, it doesn’t feel or look like 100% human hair at all. I paid over $300, and it’s super thin compared to my other wig that’s 180 density and way thicker. This one barely has any volume and sheds like crazy. It was also supposed to have layers, but there are none, and it came with a really bad smell.

I tried reaching out to them with proof, but they’ve made everything so difficult and still refused to give me a refund. The whole thing feels like false advertising. What I got is not what was shown or described, and the quality is nowhere near worth the price. I’ve been trying to communicate with them for a while now, but they keep making it complicated instead of helping.

Honestly, I feel scammed. I would never buy from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Firstly I can’t post my review on their website because it’s not a 5 star. That already tells you everything you need to know about this company. This is a shady business that you should steer clear away from. Why did I pay $600 for a wig that they claim on the website is HD lace but on the order history is a transparent lace. Honestly, for that much money I expect skin-like lace. The hair is so thing on the lace part, you can literally see through your wig cap. The only reason I bought from Wiggins is because I’ve bought from them before and I loved the hair. Maybe the quality has declined. I certainly can attest it’s not worth it!
