They have the worst engineers. They have never managed to fix any problems. They give incorrect feedback to the company to make more money out of you. Do not waste your money on Whoopsie

Poor service, lack of care
I was coerced into joining this company, paying a monthly subscription of £6.99 since May 2021. I have been trying to contact these people to fix my boiler ever since with no response. I want my money back from these people. Why am I paying them when they are not doing anything for me? I want all of my money back. I have now cancelled my DD as I cannot afford to keep paying these people when they do not care about me. How can I get my money back with interest from these scammers? I am now trying to find a Solicitor to sort this out. People of the UK beware.

Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that we did speak to you about your claim but it was not covered under your emergency only plan.
I can also see that we offered to help you by offering the chance to get an engineer by paying a reduced engineer call out fee, however, this was declined.
I am sorry that this was not the decision that you were hoping for.

Horrendous service
Horrendous service, I have been trying to get a boiler service for over 3 weeks. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back. I feel sorry for the customer service team who have to take calls from angry customers while the managers don't bother calling back. Unacceptable service. Not worth paying the monthly service.

3 weeks and counting without hot water and heating
I’ve been without heating and hot water for 3 weeks, the first week I was told I would be classed as a priority, they were quick to take my access fee but not quick to come out to me. I had someone come out to me after 2 weeks and fixed the upstairs heaters but not the downstairs and not the hot water. They said they needed approval from whoopsie. I have rang up everyday since, there is just no urgency! It’s the middle of winter, whilst your sat in your warm office, going back to your warm home I’m sat here freezing, having to use portable heaters and live in my dressing gown. I’m sick of being told ‘I’m sorry’ sorry isn’t going to keep me warm. What am I actually paying for? Because if anything you’ve just become a massive hinderance on my life, I’m sick of having to chase my claim everyday, when am I actually going to be made a priority? Sat here almost on week 3 freezing, I’m being made to feel like I’m begging for something I am paying for!
