I knew I would be RVing away from my home area and knew little about all of the working components of my home on wheels. I purchased a warranty from Wholesale Warranties in 11-2019. I invested 7,374.00 in their Total Coverage plan to cover all of the working systems in the RV. Warranties sold my contract to a company called Strategic Administration. They are a servicing agency for the recreation vehicle industry. I had a hydraulic line blow on my slide-out in Lewiston, ID. The repair bill was 1,400.00. The 7,374 I spent for Total Care Coverage covered repairs to the slide, except there was an exclusion to all hoses on the vehicle. They denied my claim. I had a hydraulic valve fail two weeks later in Canada. The bill was 609.00. I had a deductible of 100.00. They reimbursed me 302.00 because Strategic Administration uses Spader Labor Guide for paying labor charges. It doesn’t matter what the shop charges for labor. They only pay from the Spader Labor guide. I had to submit the claim multiple times. My experience with Strategic Administration’s customer service and claims over the last 3+ years was pathetic because I’m not their customer. Their contract favors the warranty company. You had better have every receipt and a maintenance log if you expect reimbursement on a major repair like engine, transmission etc. The Wholesale Warranty Total Coverage was the worst investment I made in my RV. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very quick at getting with you with your quote and then gives you a good amount of time to make your choice of what plan you want. Once you pick a plan, it is pretty quick to getting your RV inspected for coverage. I am impressed with the customer service of this company. Can't wait to have them at a security blanket for my next 4 years. Happy.

The customer service I received was outstanding! The company representative, Buddy Hooker, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous during the entire process. I had numerous questions, and he took the time to explain, in detail, the extent of the RV coverage I was purchasing. I highly recommend Wholesale Warranties to all RV owners.

Buddy was great to work with. He sent a quote very quickly after I entered my info and it seems very reasonable for what it covers. The inspection went very smoothly and the inspector Scott was very complimentary of our class A.

We are not typically extended warranty buyers, but with a new 5th wheel (3 slides, 2 Air conditioners etc) we needed the piece of mind that a comprehensive extended warranty would provide. Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY 🙂 He explained the different types of warranties and what would be the best fit for us based on our discussion. Better coverage at a better price than the dealer offered! An easy claim process AND we can use a mobile tech!

Dave Johnson was very patient and helpful. Answered all questions and hung in there until we were ready. No pressure.

It was easy to get the warranty coverage we needed. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

There were discrepancies in what I was told and what was covered. There were changes that almost made me not purchase. I have an older RV..and purpose for me to purchase was the age of unit. Engine/chassis are covered but not AC, Propane, Water etc of RV. I was incorrectly led to think that they were covered as they were listed on the initial information things I got. But they are not covered if the unit is older than 2015.

They people who helped us were very accommodating. Julie Reams in sales was so patient and answered all of our questions about the different types of coverage and scheduled our free inspection. Jeff came out to inspect in a timely fashion. Dainiel Vaca made it easy to purchase our Wholesale Warranty by helping us with our contract and documents via e-mail. It gave us peace of mind for when we travel with roadside assistance. Everyone is so friendly. Thank you.

After completing the contract I found a technical concern that I raised to the customer service team. Specialist Buddy, Michelle, and Daniel worked with me to resolve the issue that had to be resolved the day they responded to my over the weekend email.

I was extremely pleased with their creative and proactive effort to ensure I had the warranty product wanted for my travel trailer. I had been stressed over the weekend under the belief I would have to unfortunately cancel my warranty just days after happily purchasing it.

The Wholesale Warranties Team exceeded my expectations on how my self-created situation could be rectified.

I purchased a warranty for our 2019 Newmar London Aire we are second owner RV has 14,000 Miles.
I explained when I learned that an inspection was required that this was fine I would call the seller and ask if that was ok as we did not close on sale yet but would be closing in the next day.
Told the sales person that would pickup the RV for our cross country trip in 9 days.
First inspection day was a Friday and the seller was stood up by inspection company, beware these are not WW employees but subs so they have little control of the performance of said firms.
Then I called salesperson at WW (Buddy) he said inspection would be Tuesday and that he just spoke to the seller and all was good, I questioned him as I had previously 15 Min. before my call to Buddy spoke to seller and she said she had not heard from Anyone!!
I called WW back and asked why I was lied to?
I was given a run around and nobody could help me and now was 3 days out from picking up RV and was amazed after calling every extension not A SINGLE PERSON answered or returned my call, next day...
Learned that no inspection was scheduled yet and that the one person I spoke with at WW said they have had some issues with these independent inspection companies.
I was upset Buddy lied to me, blew me off could actually not help me in any way would not speak to me no senior level folks willing to explain his actions which basically he was just buying time by telling me everything was ok and it was being handles and that was simply a lie.
What is really upsetting and why I am writing this negative review is that nobody could be truthful and explain to me why I was having such an issue to get RV inspected and no senior / mgr. felt I desired a call to help me understand the issue and build my confidence back as I really wanted to go with WW.
I ended going with assurance company.

Everything was simple and good experience

I'd recommend Wholesale Warranties as they treated me very well. On my most recent claim the only issue was the time involved in reimbursement to the vendor. Other than that the service was excellent.

I have nothing but positive comments to say about WholeSale Warranties! I have used them for at least 3 RV's over the past 7 years. They are extremely professional, quick to respond and offer another level of support when dealing with the actual warranty company (in my case Viking). Though they are just a broker, I have learned to rely on their expertise. One comment, be certain that you understand the different types of vehicle warranty... exclusionary (which means everything is covered unless specifically listed as not) vs. inclusionary (which only covers what is listed). Any negative comments are usually because the customer failed to understand the terms of their contracts. My suggestion is to get the EXCLUSIONARY policy only, assuming you can afford it!

Everything was good, and I was happy that I was able to spread my warranty payments out over a 24 month period With no interest. Steve Waggoner was very pleasant and helpful.
