Sweets arrived in good time
Sweets arrived in good time and were all there. Unfortunately some boxes were dented/damaged as there was not enough padding, allowing them to move around within the larger packing box during delivery.

Bulk aero
Fantastic service, bought bulk aero bars 3boxes of 56 for the trick or treaters bags, they were great prices and fast delivery, I could not fault this service at all. There was no issues so didn’t need to contact customer service, I Will definitely keep this store on a favourites list.

Good place to bulk by rare sweets

Great selection but not great after sales
I loved the selection and received it quickly but one product was damaged and the customer services link for reporting damages returned as undeliverable so I felt disappointed that I had no way to rectify the damaged item. Otherwise it was a good service.

They had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. First time ordering and will order again in the future. Could do with giving you the option of delivery couriers, I prefer DPD. A+++++.

My order was delivered and it was damaged contacted customer service they got back to me straight away asking for information I sent over all the information over with photos they apologised and sorted a replacement out very quick can’t thank them enough

Excellent Customer Service
I recently placed a large bulk order with Wholesale Sweets for an event, and I’ve been really impressed with both their products and their customer service.
The website is very easy to use, and I really appreciated how clearly everything is organised – especially that they separate out categories like vegan sweets. This made it simple for me to find plant-based alternatives, which was important for my event.
My order arrived quickly, well packaged, and everything looked great. The prices are also excellent, especially when buying in bulk.
I did run into a couple of hiccups along the way – for example, I initially wanted vegan marshmallows, which were out of stock at the time. Frustratingly, they came back into stock just after my order had been delivered, which meant I thought I’d need to place another order and pay shipping again. When I contacted customer service about it, they responded very quickly and worked with me to find a fair solution, which I really appreciated.
Later, we also discovered a taste issue with one of the products (Scottish Tablet), which only became clear after it had been opened and served at the event. Again, their customer service was excellent – they handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue without fuss.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received. Mistakes and stock issues can happen with any company, but the way Wholesale Sweets handled everything really stood out. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about resolving things for me. I would happily recommend them and will definitely be ordering again in the future!
A big shout out and thanks in particular to Courtney and Amelia for helping with my order issues.
