Tom has created a foundational training organization and a network of life insurance oriented like minded professionals. The comradery and learning is absolutely next level. He keeps isolated advisors up to date on concepts and real life scenarios. This is just absolutely and invaluable resource to me and I can't say enough about it.
Professional insight and data to enhance our ability to assist clients and their families. Dr Wall is always on the cutting edge and the guest presenters are best in class (legends in the industry for character and positive impact on clients/families and adjacent professional advisors like LLM/Estate Attys, CPAs, etc.).
After 25 years in emergency medicine, I know the value of learning from someone who has truly seen it all. When last year started, I was a new advisor, and one of the best investments I made was sitting in the room with Tom every other week via WL Masterminds. Tom has a real gift for turning numbers and trends into simple examples and visuals that help agents (therefor clients) see what those things actually mean for their own financial lives.
