I am impressed with the organic products bought from Whole Food Earrh. Delivery was prompt and packaged with care. I joined the club to receive the discount and alot more reasonable.

This is my second order for the Tropical Muesli. No added sugar and super tasty. Great quality.

Everything as ordered and communication was great. Would have been 5* but they use Amazon for delivery and a) it was delayed and b) Jeff Bezos is extremely dodgy and their employment practices make my flesh crawl.

Have now ordered numerous times from Whole Food Earth. Products are good quality and value with a variety of choice. Since moving to Yorkshire it is the only place I have found Thursday Cottage marmalade. Especially love the sun dried tomato halves, great for adding flavour to dishes and chopped mixed citrus peel.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

My order contained an expired food product, while the other flours had very little shelf life remaining. One of the products was already past its best before date, something the company later acknowledged should never have happened.
The paper packaging also arrived damaged, yet I was asked to provide additional photographs despite already supplying evidence. I was then told that the shorter shelf life of the other flours was “normal.” That explanation completely misses the point. If a product has an overall shelf life of only 3–6 months, it is not acceptable to supply customers with products that have only a few weeks or a small fraction of that shelf life remaining without making this clear before purchase.
To make matters worse, after admitting they had sent expired food, they expected me to keep it in my home and arrange a weekday collection before processing my refund. The inconvenience caused by their mistake was placed entirely on me.
Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated poor quality control, a lack of transparency, and an unnecessarily burdensome complaints process.
I cannot recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.
