Musick – operating out of Lakeland Florida is amazing. I called a couple of weeks after hurricane Milton as I didn’t know there was any damage until we started leaking and showing signs of “mold”. They didn’t call back; rude right? Well, turns out their phones were not working right and they didn’t even know that there were messages building up. I messaged them through the website and in minutes the office got in touch. THEY THANKED ME!! They had no idea, until I reached out, that this was happening. Well same day Remington (Remmy if you are lucky enough to have him as a friend) showed up. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. After full inspection and chatting he said I “may” have other issues then just the roof. The roof is in need of replacement and many shingles are missing; plus the roof lifted allowing rain to get in. (My words not his; he explained it much more professionally. This is my takeaway). I ended up getting a public adjuster and well so many issues, however, Musick had my back. They replaced the roof, before anyone else in the neighbor got theirs done, they all have used other companies and are if complete shock I was done so fast and at the time of writing this all are still waiting. There was a delivery issue but the guys didn’t complain they just dug in and worked harder to get the bundles up on the roof. I have ponds in the front creating a problem as we couldn’t have roof debris get in there with my Koi fish. Not a problem for them; they created a “lean-to” of sorts out of Visqueen from the roof to the ground making sure the ponds were fully covered. I have several dogs as well, not a problem, 3 men in the end walked the entire property with large magnets making sure they have every single nail, tack, or bit roofing debris. This is the extra mile right here. With all the extras they also went ahead and repaired the vinyl siding that was lifting due to the storm and repaired the vinyl that blew off from the underside of my overhang (I had the blown off pieces). They arrived at 7am, covered my ground, covered the ponds, covered the car, tore off, replaced all the wood (so a store run was involved since we didn’t know the damage and we only has 3 sheets of ply ordered), brought the shingles ground delivered to the roof, fixed the extra stuff, cleaned up, cleared up, walked the property, and WERE DONE WITH EVERYTHING BEFORE 6pm. The Musick team never failed. The few weeks from signing with them, to the completed job, and well after; they have been in constant contact. In all of this Remmy became a first time daddy. He still didn’t miss a beat. When he was unavailable his cousin (who also works there) came to the house to make sure I was happy and all things went smoothly. Even after this Remmy still called and text to let me know he was available to me if needed. 100% satisfied from beginning to end and thereafter. I cannot praise the professionalism and service enough. If you are in need, or think you may be in need or a roof, call them. They are honest, friendly, thorough, and you will end up with friends you didn’t know you needed in life. Cheers, Joseph & Elizabeth Milstead very happy customers.

This company should be embarrassed by how utterly useless its service is. Every malicious scam number I've looked up is marked "low spam risk"- come on. I've never seen an owner listed for any number. This entire site is a joke and serves no purpose whatsoever.

Just looked up the name of a neighbor with a barking dog. I knew the person had lived there only a short time like 2 years, yet it said 13 yrs and gave 6 other people living there. So I looked up my address and my closest neighbor. Both were totally wrong.
3 for 3 totally snd completely out of date, I've been here just 4 years. yet it gave my addresses owner 2 owners ago, and my next door neighbor as 71, 3 others living there, one a teacher, and he had 17 previous addresses in this city
But just he and his wife came here 3 years ago from North Dakota and never lived in this state.

He's 71 and retired now.

Signed up for trail. Forgot to cancel before the trail period. Was charged for the first month. As soon as I saw that, I went ahead cancelled my membership. Surprise, few days later I was charged up for an membership upgrade and two more transactions that I haven't authorized. Called in the customer care, they don't recognize my membership cancellation even though I have an email proof. They keep insisting transactions were legit even the supervisor. Glad we have credit card companies, charges are up for the dispute.

I don't trust whitepages, and I don't recommend them to anyone. Please don't give your card details or be prepared to get robbed.

1- They show you some trash data before paying, but you get completely different data when you pay. Total rip off
2- The search is awfully slow. I've been a customer for around 2 years but after today I'm never paying them a cent again
3- They refuse to remove dead people. They didn't even care to respond to my email about my dead grandma.
4- There are cheaper alternatives which are better & actually respond to customers (for example: Intelgain.io)

Whitepages. Co. Will offer you all info on someone, give you a small amount of info and then try to get you to pay more to open anything. What a scam

horrible site. they make you pay for a plan then still show you nothing. they have you wait while they look it up & then when you want to see it you can forget it! pay more! because what you just paid for is pointless and does Nothing! Just use different site! cheaper and better

Paid for the premium trial. They took the money, but continued to hide the email and phone number I was after, even though my account said "Premium". Their support at whitepages.com email hasn't responded to my 4-5 emails about this.

A total SCAM!, CHARGE YOU $39.99 for what you think is the charge for the info you are looking for then they want to charge you more!! TOTAL SCAM !

Don’t waste your money. You get an address and phone # that may or may not be correct,that’s all. Unless you want to upgrade then you may or may not get an email,then if you upgrade more you might get a report but don’t count on it. It’s a scam!!!

I acquired their services in August 2024. The reason is because I was looking for an accurate address for someone out of state.

I am a victim of SCAM,
I paid the fee of $11.99 to acquire the address for the individual in Alabama. I filed charges in Civil District Court. Since she was out of state I had to have the Secretary of the Commonwealth send notice for court.
It had to be certified mail 📬.
The address used was what was provided by The White Pages.

Court date was 9/30/24, she was a no show.
The judge awarded a judgement put against her.
A few days later I received the certified mail back.
The information given to me by the White Pages was INCORRECT. I reached out to the White Pages to see if I could get a full refund. Their response was unfortunately no credit will be given because it has been over 30 days.

When you are dealing with court and the Commonwealth it takes time.

I wasn't to happy about their reply. So that is why I am doing a review. The star is there because I couldn't use anything else like a ZERO.

For future reference I will never use their service again.
Word of mouth goes a long way. As a company who services many, the core value is without consumers, businesses, customers, companies etc, your company would cease to EXIST.

I paid for their premium service to find out who is calling me. They most often do not provide the callers name and try to sell an upgrade of a report. For the money you pay, they tell you what region the call came from. Their premium service is pretty useless.

STILL no change in my listing. I have tried numerous times to update, and waited... Haven't lived at that address for over 10 years! They have also ignored every attempt to have the listing for my brother removed. He died 7 years ago now, and I remember even providing a link to his obituary as proof....

White Pages:
I looked up the rating of the White Pages by the Better Business Bureau.

It made me wonder about the quality of the White Pages business online when the BBB gives them a rating of 1.21 out of a possible 5?

In addition The BBB has worked to resolve 555 complaints against the White Pages during the last 3 years including resolution of 142 complaints during the last 12 months. It would be interesting to know how many cases currently remain unresolved?

Perhaps, my assumption is wrong, but The White Pages customer service activities seem to be keeping some of The BBB staff relatively busy?

I found my listing on White Pages, but it is full of errors about where I live/lived, relatives, etc. They give out false info and getting thru to customer service if you are a "Premium Member" is not possible. This site is one big mess with mistakes and me and, no doubt, on many, many others.

Whitepages sent me several emails claiming a person I was keeping in touch with had a property change. I paid the monthly fee to access the change only to find out there was none. Far as I can make out, there is no customer service. So I can't even ask for my money back. Ripoff.

I was trying to find a phone number for a person and all of the phone numbers that they listed for this person were incorrect. What a waste of money.

Don't waste money advertising here, they just litter in your driveway when they "deliver" phonebooks. Pathetic thing is we have a letter box not 2 steps from where they threw the phonebook on the ground! Must take too much effort get their lazy fat @r$e out of the car to place it in the letterbox as opposed to illegally littering!

I paid $11.99 for a one time search. I followed up with the information I received in my report. None of the many phone numbers, e-mails or addresses were current. A true waste of time & money, not to mention disappointment and frustration.

Appears to be scamming people. They claim information is provided for a fee. You pay the fee and useless information is provided. It does not appear they use funds provided to update their information from the last paper phonebook published in the early 2000’s. I have no idea what they do with their revenue. Business development budget appears to be $0.00
