I loved the name White Magic from the start. And I am so glad it was the one that appealed to me. I experienced helpful, and very friendly staff right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble, and my co-ordinator, Amy, guided me through everything step by step. I wish I could write this company a glowing review. However that has not been my experience. I have not received royalties from book sales for last year. A friend bought a copy in Portland, Oregon. Two colleagues in.my office purchased a hard back each off Amazon and brought them in so i sign them. I purchased 2 for a friend in Dec 2024. Heaven knows which other transactions have been completed. I telephoned and I kept being passed around "it isn't my dept" etc etc. I will go.to the Ombudsman and any other channels. It isn't just about the money. It is about the dishonesty and lack of transparency. They are very attentive when trying to get your business.

My publisher, Amy, was very friendly, she listened to everything I said and was respectful of every feedback I gave her. I felt like I was truly part of the publishing process, and she was with me every step of the way. I felt truly heard. The publishing itself was incredibly outstanding. The book is of the best quality. I could not be happier with it. The front cover was all inspired by my idea, and I am very pleased with the layout, font, and all the presentation. The copy-editing was incredibly helpful, and I am proud to have worked with White Magic Studios to publish this book. In every way, they surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely be publishing my future books with them. I am very pleased to have become a published author through them.

Really pleased with the service I received from Amy at White Magic Studio's. This was the fourth book in the English versions. They have previously also produced three French editions. Amy and the team at White Magic Studios have now produced for me ( 7 books in total) with the eighth (book 4 French edition) currently going through the layout stage.
