The two gentlemen were very absolutely 💯 brilliant nothing was to much,having worked in the industry many years ago it’s nice to see that there standers are still very much antive

I would not recommend this company. The service was amateurish, not the professional service we paid for. In their rush and haphazard packing, they forgot the summer house and wasted an hour repacking. This then led them to empty the lorry into the garage only on the first delivery day. Boxes were packed on top of fragile items. Many items were damaged or scratched. There’s been no response from the company only £50 less £50 admin fee offered from their insurance company. They do not pay out based on replacement value, but what they think is the replacement cost second hand. There are far better removal companies out there. Paid additional for plant removal and plants were lifted by the stem damaging them. Paintings scratched, lawnmower cables split, ice cream maker broken, marks on the ceiling etc.. I can provide lots of photographic evidence if needed.

The whole experience from arranging a visit to assess our needs to leaving us settled in with all our belongings was professionally managed and stress free. The men who first of all packed our home up and then delivered and patiently arranged everything were excellent. They were pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt well cared for and would certainly recommend them to anyone intent on moving house. Thumbs up and 5 stars from us!

Arrived on time and all loaded before lunch. Slight delay at the other end but they coped well and unloaded in time for me to get to the pub for dinner. Fantastic job and thank you.

Whites deserve their great reputation; I have had a thoroughly good service from them in all aspects and I would particularly say that their timekeeping, attention to packing and unpacking detail was considerate and impressive. I could not get my first choice of delivery date, given the 2 weeks' span between exchange and completion, but as it turned out it was better a day later. Their office work, quote and invoicing was spot on and quick response on the phone - so important. There was a minor breakage, but accidents can happen even with the best care. The staff I met were long-serving with the company which speaks volumes. They were all polite, funny and helpful.

I used this company to move, the quoting process was online on a WhatsApp call and all arrangements made with the Winchester Office, Loading of our 4 bedroom house was ok, our items were loaded one day and delivered to the new address the following day, we felt under pressure on the delivery day as we could not get the keys until 1300 and the guys were working to a time to complete and they did not stop until it was complete, had the office observed the timings given for completion and then factored in the journey they should have had a later start time to compensate for a later finish time.
When finally unloaded I was asked to sign to confirm nothing was damaged - this I did not do and made a comment on the papaerwork that items had not been checked, after 3 days I started to unpack I noticed things had been damaged I rang the office got a form and was told I could make a claim on the insurance, when I went to submit the form I was advised I had missed the time slot so could not claim. This is crazy as moving a 4 bedroom house on a Tuesday and starting work on the following Monday it was impossible to unpack and check every item.
Also we asked for the furniture to be broken down and rebuilt - shame the same person who was building it did not take it down (even though they asked to do this another team member ignored the request and carried on), my disabled husband had to rebuild furniture which should have been prevented had the job been done properly.
The removal guys themselves were very friendly and helpful.
Knowing that the plastic feet would fall off the garage units I asked for them all to be removed and placed in a bag and given to me, I was advised that this would not be needed and that they had been placed in a box (which 1 year later i have still not found), we have had printer's damaged- as even though the boxes were labelled up to stand the correct way when it came into the housethey were upside down, gym equipment dented and marked, freezer marked and scratched, sofa marked and scratched, sideboard marked, honda lawn mower dented all over, all of this is cosmetic damage however when you look after your belongings and have owned them from new to have this done by a house removal company who do this daily none of the damage should have occurred, it is a shame that our property was damanged and not respected.
Although this was a short than notice move and a reasonable price, we have now had to pay out various amounts of monies to replace items all becuase the Insurance claim time and procedure was not as clear as it could have been and then used to get out of processing the claim at all.
My advice is watch them like a hawk, check your items as soon as they are coming off the lorry, take before and after photos so you have evidence, read the samll print don't be at a loss like me

Louis Spies the Sales Director NEVER contacted us about this matter.
The reply was only to make it look like they were looking into this CRIMINAL DAMAGE THERE WORKERS DID TO MY PROPERTY!
THEY DID NOTHING AND THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THERE AS DODGY AS THEY COME! YOU BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

We had three quotes, W&C were the most expensive. In fact twice what the cheapest quote we obtained.
But we needed peace and mind that we would not be let down in any way. And we knew of W&C’s reputation and the size of their fleet.
As they say “cheapest is not always the best”. We have found that in the past with holidays etc.
The day of our move, the temperature was roasting. The three guys carrying out the work, were dripping with sweat and although we kept them supplied with cold drinks and ice lolly’s. They really struggled with working in the intense heat.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they represented W&C incredible well.
Thank you guys, and thank you W&C in taking the stress out of our move. With W&C, our possessions and ourselves were in safe hands.

Good bunch of handy lads who did everything on time and as requested.
Excellent office contact and arrangement.

The collection and delivery guys were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
It would have been helpful if the items in the crates matched up with the delivery sheets as it would have made checking them off much easier. But all was present and correct and nothing damaged.
(We would advise that there were reams of terms and conditions which was very difficult to read through!)
Emma in the office was very helpful and quick to respond too.

We had a top of the class service from Aiden and Jamie after we asked White and Co to assist. The guys carried their duties in a professional manner always happy to go an extra mile with smiles on their faces.

It was a bonus to have the two.

My removals team, Craig and Nigel, were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was very well managed and I would happily recommend their services to others.

The team were all incredible Lucy who surveyed. The removal guys Joe Matt and Aidan were brilliant moving me out of 4 flights of stairs and nothing was a problem to them. Wrapped and cared so much for all my belongings. Absolutely recommend Whites Removals. A stressful experience made Great!! Thanks to you all.

Absoluteley excellent from start to finish. Lucy Connett was first class and won the business with her calm and reassuring manner. On the day, Dave was really good and managed the boys, making lightwork of everything and noithing was too much trouble.
