Your delivery team that delivered our household goods from Forres in Moray were courteous , efficient , helpful and polite.
As were the staff in your Forres office who facilitated our delivery within our requested dates. They have also shown compassion and sympathy when we had to cope with placing two other consignments ,other than our own personal home effects , into store after two sudden and unexpected family bereavements very close together .
Thank you again we appreciate the service we received over the years very much .

Excellent service

Communication was clear and responsive, prices competitive, accommodating of changes (within the stipulated period on the contract), efficient and on time.

Moving home is a stressful experience, but it is made less so when you have a professional Removal company to help take away a lot of the stresses and strains.
The White & Company team were just the best bunch of guys, who simply got on with the task with speed and efficiency and so pleasant with it. Our move from Inverness to Dunbar was so easy. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys, full marks from us.

We thought the whole process would be simple and straightforward. However, some difficulties were presented to the moving team and they dealt with them in a precise and willing perspective.

I can only describe the service received from White & Company (Forres) as more than excellent. White & Company came to my assistance when I was given just six days notice to move out of my property and their help and assistance at a very stressful time left me feeling humbled. The guys involved in the move were also brilliant and extremely efficient. Would definitely use company again and can recommend.

Whilst they unarguably did a great job in moving all my family's belongings from one property to another, the damages to one property that they blatantly refused to fix, leads me to not recommend them and advise potential customers to seek other removal companies first.

Everything went exactly as planned, even coping with a muddy access track for the loading. The team worked hard and cheerfully, and care was taken in the packing. The office teams were helpful throughout as well, could not be happier!

White's service was excellent and very professional from start to finish. The move went very smoothly. The removal men were very friendly and packed everything carefully.

Everything about the uplift and delivery of my furniture was spot on. Pick up on time, delivery on time and men couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommendable

Whites were extremely accommodating to fit us in last minute, it was a large move from N Scotland to Devon and all the stress or pick up and delivery were taken away by the professionalism of the Whites team. All of our possessions were very well cared for and they also protected the flooring!

Overall we really appreciated the hard work and diligence the team put in as they packed and then delivered our goods. The areas where improvement is needed is not with the packing team but the communications team. We had to chase up if the contract would go ahead as requested. We had to enquire as to the time they would begin and end. We were told one time and they arrived an hour earlier, however were ready. They didn’t mark what the contents of every box was, so we had to open some and see what the priority for unpacking was. The packing team were communicative and responded well to what we asked. As I said overall we were delighted and we would certainly recommend White’s.

Pleasant guys who work very hard. I can’t say anything bad about this company it was smooth and stress free from start to finish. Communication was excellent all the way through and customer service was great felt very valued.

White and Company Forres provided my husband and I with the most exceptional service and support when our date of entry repeatedly changed. At the planning stage the staff in the office were so helpful and reassuring whilst we found our date being changed almost weekly due to problems further down the chain. We were continually reassured that this wouldn’t be a problem and that as soon as we knew our date we just had to let them know and they would fit us in. On moving day Zeus and his team were amazing and really worked with methodical efficiency and handled all our furniture and boxes with great care. On moving into our new house the following day the same attention to detail was applied even to the point that the lads went the extra mile and assembled our beds and headboards in the bedrooms and removed all the polythene packaging that we had wrapped them in, which we did not expect. All in all we would have no hesitation in highly recommending Whites & Company of Forres to take charge of your move, they proved themselves to be very professional, efficient and thoroughly nice people to deal with.

Highly recommended. Guys were great and never a complaint the whole day even after having to wait 3 hours on us getting the keys
