Making Promises They Can't Keep
They have not been a transparent business to work with at all and did not deliver on promises, saying they would deliver 45-50 leads for the price we paid and we only got 9. And this was after we pressured them like 3 weeks in because they delivered only 2 leads at that time sending several leads from outside our service area. Based on their stated 45-50 leads I was expecting
2+ per business day! They said the ad campaign wasn't performing and not set up properly at around the three week mark!? Then I asked to see the adspend and a partial refund. He promised to get back with the adspend numbers but has ghosted us and no refund. He knew he owed us something and in the last convo and he tried to hook us up with their marketing training course and give it for free (claiming it's worth $3k) Not interested, but I am still waiting for my $3k refund!
