Dealing with Whitaker Brothers was a refreshing experience. Bear Your Cross Ministries is a small ministry that supplies puzzles and lessons for inmates at the county jail. This would not be possible without a paper folder, and ours was in need of an upgrade. The instructions were incorrect but they called me back and supplied the correct information. They were prompt, courteous and quite helpful and I would recommend them highly.

Excellent response and timely shipping. They even have a Youtube that helped me in setting up my paper folder.

The specs for several folding machines were sent to me by one of our Trustees. The video that Kyle made for the Martin-Yale 1711 folding machine is probably the most important factor in assuring me that it would fit our needs. After I decided on that particular machine, I googled the machine to see if any better prices came up, but yours was the best by far. After I ordered, I got an email from Abraham just checking that we would be happy with this "lighter duty" folder. He detailed capacity and types of paper that would NOT work with this folder. That was going the extra mile.

Ordering was easy and the representative offered to come out and set it up for us.

When I first purchased equipment from them I was looking at equipment that was more money, the gentleman convinced me I didn't need to spend as much for what I needed. Think about that, when someone that works on commission tells you to spend less, they are looking out for you.

Now I needed a standard part that simply wears out, it was really simple.

Love the prices! You even beat Amazon! However, it said free shipping, but then when I paid, I got an email later that gave me a quote for $57 shipping. But, even with that, it was still the best price out there.

ordering was easy and straightforward. Credit card receipt was received immediately.

The cartridges arrived fairly quickly, and worked just as they should.
