I'm sorry our carrier did not deliver your item as expected. These problems do happen from time to time and it is disappointing for us as well as our customers. As far as our request to write a review is concerned, understood. The timing was not ideal.

Parcel did not arrive in time for…
Parcel did not arrive in time for daughter’s baby shower despite paying for 1-2 day deliver by dpd. This was because it was not dropped off by your company in time. Consequently I could not take my daughter’s present with me to the baby shower and still have it here. Very disappointing

Hi Susie,
I'm sorry to hear your order did not arrive in time and realise this was disappointing when it was for a special occasion. I have checked the details of your order to see where the delay took place and it was not due to Whippersnappers not dropping off the parcel in time. Your order was received at 5.56pm on 26th September and was dropped off with DPD the following morning. The delay was due to DPD which is something I can raise with them although this is quite unusual in my experience.
Once again, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.
