I feel like this company is very dishonest and doesn’t want to refund my money!

Firstly most of these reviews are from them emailing straight after your purchase with “you have 24 hours to enter our competition to earn your money back for your shoes by leaving us a review”

So people think they have a chance of having there shoes for free and leave a good review just for the sake of winning, bearing in mind they haven’t even been posted yet!

Secondly I ordered size 7 boots , they came and were too small so I packed them back in the box and filled out the sheet of paper for an exchange to a size 8.

They received the boots and issued me a refund straight away (apparently) on the 21st of October and it’s now the 26th

I have had no refund in my account, they keep writing one word emails with English like a 5 year old is writing it

Very unprofessional and seem very conniving.

Very angry and upset and it’s the principle of them lying to me and not answering my worries professionally gives me the instinct they are trying to steal my money.

I even left a good review hoping to win there competition but I will be finding it and removing it as it’s a bribery way to up sell your business and it’s fake!

Lovely shoes. They look gorgeous. Can't wait to try them out

Website was very slow. I haven't received my order yet although the shoes I've ordered were considerably cheaper than on other sites. I'm hopeful they look as good when they arrive as they did on screen🤞

swift postage but the boots were so narrow which is a pity as Iv had to return them !

I have placed my order sat, and on Sunday, the royal mail delivered my boots, which I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. Should receive the rest Tuesday now,very happy with the items already received.
