Refund sorted in 24 hours with the lovely Amy sorting it out for me, quick response from customer service very impressed

I shopped with this company via Debenhams, they sent me a completely different shoe, and I returned it immediately, Up until now, no refunds, no message, even explaining the ridiculous mix up. Will avoid them henceforth

Worst company ever, I bought shoes from Debenhams, Royal Mail link is not working I asked them to send me another link or create a label because it’s keep on showing technical error. The teams is repeating with same Royal Mail link to send an item, ohh got please have some common sense. If a customer is saying the link is not working you can create and send a label. Utter rubbish

I ordered some shoes via Debenhams on 19 February to try for my daughter’s upcoming Prom, they were delivered free by Royal Mail a few days later on 22 February. They weren’t suitable so first I went back to the order on Debenhams and it said to return I had to follow the instructions on the delivery note in the parcel. I arranged to have the parcel collected on 24 February and the postman would provide the returns label. It was collected on time and I have all emails regarding this, including proof of collection at 1.39pm on 24 February. As I had been given a tracking number I was able to keep an eye on it via the Royal Mail app and it tells me the parcel was delivered by North Manchester Delivery Office on 27 February at 10.13am. Yesterday (7 March) I sent a message via the contact options on the Where’s That From website asking when I would receive my refund as it had been 8 days since it had been delivered back to them, and I got a reply later that day saying they have had nothing back from me and asking for proof of postage which I have sent screenshots of everything, from booking the collection, it being collected, and the information saying it had been delivered. I sincerely hope that they will send me a refund or I will take this further! I refuse to be £21 out of pocket when I have done everything correctly!

I want everyone to be aware that WHERE'S THAT'S FROM is a company REAPING PEOPLE OFF. I bought some shoes from them through debenhams and a return label was taken out. I contacted returns on debenhams but their shoes were unreturnable and this was not specified before I bought their shoes. This is so sad and bad as some some their shoes run small while some run too big 😳 They are trying to force me to keep the shoes even when their sizes are awful and awkward. THIS IS REAP OFF. EVERYONE SHOULD BE CAREFUL OF THEIR STORE.
