The company trades via Debenhams online as a 'trusted partner'. They are NOT to be trusted.
Purchased shoes size 7 but got used (!) shoes size 5. The shoes were returned with confirmation that received by the company on 21/08/2025; a month later still no money.
Tried to contact them on their email (main trading website) and just got back snooty one liner "We can't locate your order". Though they could when delivered the order first time round, just not when they ought to pay a refund.
Avoid it at all cost, they operate dishonestly and practically like a scam (delivering wrong goods and ghosting customers/not refunding).

Addition.
After contacting them directly (WTF main trading website) and Debenhams multiple times, finally got information that return is on the way (not received yet, a month after returning goods).
My advice: keep the postage proof, contact them via email, and then ask your bank for 'chargeback' if paid via debit card, or your credit card company. DO NOT LET THEM TO GET AWAY WITH IT.

Like many others issues with refund, bought through Debenhams who have been very poor on customer services, returned shoes (was sent wrong size) but get no confirmation of receipt or refund. Weeks later multiple emails to Debenhams, have given up now

I bought a number of shoes via Debenhams but unfortunately 3 pairs of them were unsuitable.
Sent them back via a Royal Mail who obviously lost them and then waited nearly 2 months to tell me I couldn't make a claim because it wasn't me who paid for the postage. (dreadful customer service form Royal Mail).
I emailed Where's That From over the weekend and received a response on Monday asking for more information. I sent all the documents across ie proof of order, proof of postage etc and they then quickly responded saying they would be refunding me in full. Amazing service.
There are some negative reviews about how long they take to make the refund but the fact they dealt with my issue so swiftly customer service definitely deserves the five stars. Lets see how long the refund takes.

We returned 2 pairs of shoes ordered through Matalan by Royal Mail on 21/08/2025 and are still awaiting our £38 refund !

Do not buy from this company they owe me my money for shoes I returned and don’t respond after several elmails and I have copy of postage I will never buy of them again

My wife ordered some shoes from Where's That From, via the Matalan Website. The shoes looked good value and arrived in quick time. However when my wife tried them on, they were clearly way too big (they did look rather large).
Although the shoes were marked as a size 4, they were very large and on measuring them, they measured as a size 5!
We have returned the shoes with the supplied return label, but we have had no confirmation that they have had the shoes back (it says delivered on the Royal Mail app) or any information regarding a refund. It also does not seem possible to check on the status of the return via the Matalan website.
I would not recommend ordering from this company as their quality control seems lacking and also not to order via Matalan.
I have contacted Matalan for assistance, but they seem slow to respond and I am still waiting for information after a second email.

I RETURNED SHOES BACK IN JUNE.
HAD 2 EMAILS SAID REFUND HAD BEEN PROCESSED...NO REFUND.
EMAILED AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD ME TO CONTACT DEBENHAMS OR BOOHOO

Waited weeks for refund which never appeared. Told parcel not received, but I had the post tracking receipt thankfully. Was ordered via Dorothy Perkins, and the whole experience was very negative. Didn't like the shoes either!

Update 10th July. Lies, lies and more lies from Debenhams and where's that from. Customer regulations state the miney should be returned within 14 days. 21 days have passed. No refund. Debenhams have been useless.
I have reported to trading standards and watch dog. I ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

Ordered shoes. Recieved 17th June. Small for size and poor quality.
Returned 18th. No acknowledgement of return. Chased and was told I had to wait 14 days. 15 days. Chased through debenhams. Waited until 4th July for reply. They tell me they have started the refund. Still no refund. So lucky I paid through PayPal.

I wrote a review a few weeks ago about late refund. They said hadn’t received parcel back, but showed a copy of post office receipt. I have now got refund and apologies for lateness
Only fair I write something positive as they have solved issue.

I bought shoes from this company ordered through Debenhams .
Returned them within days and have waited for a refund ,after chasing several times , for over a months now and still waiting .
Dreadful aftercare

This company doesn't honour its returns policy. I bought a pair of sandals in April on the Ace from Studio website. They were not what I was expecting and followed the instructions to return the sandals to ty
the supplier company which was Where's That From. I returned the sandals to them within 10 days. 4 weeks later and I have still not received my refund. I have emailed them and not received a response. Very dissapointing!

Terrible company STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I brought two pairs of sandles from the got the on the 16/05/2025 I returned them on the 16/05/2025 two pairs of sandals in the original package got a certificate of posting they received them on the 17/05/2025 now they are saying they only got 1 pair of sandals back and not the two but both pairs was in the same package now they are saying I got to claim from the courier and I still have not got no more correspondence from them I am angry and feeling so fed up with this but I am not giving up

Awful experience. Bought some WIDE for shoes from Matalan. They were narrow. Had torture direct to WTF (apt), no QR code despite no printer requirement. Joke of a company. Had to leave the Post Office to find a printer and pay £3 to print the returns label. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Bought some size 9 wide fit sandals, through Debenhams website. Took a while to arrive and sent them straight back as were nowhere near that size and super narrow.
Returned on 6th May and finally heard from them on 27th. May take another 10 days to refund, making it over a month.
These companies are quick to take, and keep, your money but wouldn’t refund until they’ve made a nice bit of interest.
Debenhams are as much responsible for endorsing these awful companies.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, bought a pair of shoes which when arrived and tried on decided they weren’t comfortable, returned in a matter of days after 4 weeks they acknowledged they had recieved my return only because I sent them a picture of my Royal Mail receipt, said my refund would be upto 10days guess what no money and after sending emails they have replied that they have paid me and I need to contact Debenhams and boo hoo these are scammers don’t buy from them

The worst company so far. I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this company in. The shoes has been picked up by royal mail since 29th of April because the shoes came in smaller size and doesn't fit.. This company has refused to refund my money. My multiple emails regarding the issues has never been responded to. All I can say is, do not buy from them, they are fraudsters in disguise!

Worst experience. The item took ages to arrive even getting it from Debenhams thinking it would be a good purchase and surprisingly it was not. Poor/cheap quality, I could say it was from a supplier in china that is famous now.

To make it even worse, to return, there is a super small line saying that we have to email the tracking number in order to get the money back. In other words, if I did miss that (what someone else would probably do) I would never get my money and they would still get the item returned to them.

Cheap plastic shoes bought through Debenhams. I’ve had to chase them after returning them- they confirmed they had them back but no refund. Eventually I chased them through my bank and Debenhams and got most of the money back. Bizarre refund of £28 rather than £29.99, I’ve emailed again but don’t hold out any hope. I’d say don’t buy from them, poor quality and very iffy.

33 emails I have sent to this company, I have sent the tracking number confirming that they have received my parcel back in November and I have had no Joy from them not refund nothing
