My driver account was suspended for a full week due to a passenger complaint that later turned out to be completely unfounded — simply a misunderstanding.
During that entire time, there was no contact, no proper investigation, and no real support — only repeated empty promises that someone would reach out. I lost a full week of work and income without them even making a basic effort to verify the issue.
When I was finally asked to attend an in-person session, it was immediately confirmed that my vehicle fully met all standards and there was never any actual problem. In other words, this entire situation was caused by a simple mistake — but I was the one who paid the price.
What is even more concerning is that after 4 months since submitting my formal complaint, I still have not received any response — despite the company claiming to be one of the best in the chauffeur service industry.
This experience made one thing very clear to me:
Drivers are not valued — not even 1%.
There is no fairness, no accountability, and no respect for drivers’ livelihoods. If you are considering working with this company, think very carefully before making your decision.

If a passenger causes trouble and you dare to speak up, they just kick you off the app. There’s nothing 'luxury' about this this company ; it’s just a trap for guys who spent a fortune on nice cars hoping for a better life, only to end up getting humiliated every single day.
Do not rely on them
Well, having used this company for about 6 years in London they absolutely kicked the ball out of the park yesterday. I was entertaining clients at Twickenham (a notoriously difficult place to leave from) and booked the return for 5:45pm to get back into London - at a cost of £177 for the trip. At 5:15 I got a message from the app telling me my trip had been cancelled. I was left with clients in Twickenham trying now to find a car back into Central London. Fortunately an Uber XL turned up about an hour later and our restaurant was ok with us being an hour late. Never again thank you.

We use Wheely regularly and so far have no complaints at all. Always polite and on time. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing service, above and beyond. Booked Wheely for the first time for a return trip to Ascot, our driver was in constant contact leading up to our collection, so polite, friendly and professional. Regrettably I left my umbrella in the vehicle, contacted Wheely the following day on live chat and the customer service was amazing, umbrella dropped back to me that evening, or many companies would go to that level of customer service, really impressed all round, we’ll definitely use again
Facturation abusive et service client incompétent !
J’ai voulu tester Wheely avec un crédit de 100€ offert. J’ai réservé une course de Charles de Gaulle à Paris 17e en Business pour une valeur de 100 euros, exactement comme prévu dans l’application. À l’arrivée, je découvre un débit supplémentaire de 50€ sur ma carte bancaire.
Je contacte le service client, et là, c’est le début d’un festival d’incohérences :
1. Première excuse : On me dit que j’ai réservé un Van, ce qui est faux.
2. Deuxième excuse : Finalement, on me dit que j’ai réservé une First, qui n’était pas disponible, et qu’on m’a "déclassé" en Van, faux car je n ai pas reserve une first.
Résultat ? Un service peu fiable, un support client qui se contredit et une expérience client catastrophique. Pour une application censée offrir un service haut de gamme, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Je déconseille fortement Wheely, il y a bien mieux ailleurs et beaucoup moins chere. Ils on gagné 50 euros et perdu un client, j ai effacer mon compte.
Simply excellent
Wheely are excellent. The key differentiator is the quality of their drivers. This is where the money rightly goes. Anyone can buy a limo or SUV, but it’s the driver that really matters - you are putting you and offer your loved ones in the hand of this pwrson.
Please Wheely, we love the cars but keep investing in your drivers, it’s what makes you different and better.

service client inexistant, annulation dernière minute par un bip sans prendre la peine de nous rappelé . J’ai appris que Wheely n’as aucun véhicule , aucun salarié, il utilise seulement des Vtc .
Passez directement par les Vtc , vous diviserez votre prix par 2 et le service sera identique.
Facturation abusive
ils m’ont facturé un trajet par Paris paris à 110e pour 3 km. C’est une application à fuir c’est des chauffeurs Uber déguisé en Wheely.
Unreliable on time
I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but I’m disappointed with recent experiences. Twice in the last few days, the cars I booked arrived significantly delayed, disrupting my schedule. It’s frustrating to see this lack of reliability. I hope management takes steps to address these issues.

I have been using Wheely in London and Paris for at least 3 years now, several times a week and the service is great, the cars are new and clean and upscale, the customer service is good. They don’t make you believe they will arrive fast than they will, like with Uber. I think out of hundreds of rides I only had a handful that were a bit delayed.
Be aware of glitches
I used Wheely for travel to Russia, I booked a ride from the airport to the hotel a week in advance, when I arrived at the airport, the booking was cancelled for no clear reason! After talking to the support team, another ride was assigned to us, the wait in the airport was frustrating. Then things were fine, until I cancelled a ride way ahead of time, while it showed that it was cancelled in the app, the driver didn’t get the cancellation and I was charged for the entire ride as a no show. Be careful, things are tricky with this app.

Price charged was way outside what the app quoted when I booked. Customer service just said ‘oh there was heavy traffic’. Are you saying that all your quotes are nonsense then, and your app can’t detect traffic on a route? Dangerous to use if so unless you literally don’t care about price.
Charlatans
Charlatans. They charged me 312.7 pounds for a ride from Heathrow to London, while they quoted me 200 pounds in advance for the ride. Just make sure they do not have access to your credit card information.
