Wheels For Wishes Recensioni

Knowing the donation of my car will help children means the world to me.

The donation process was easy. The scheduling for my vehicle pickup was quick. Pickup was done on time.

Both the process online and the vehicle pickup were easy. I know a 10 year old girl who recovered from cancer, and whose whole family was then treated to a week in Hawaii by Make A Wish, so I was happy to support this great organization.

To many inconsistencies in information exchanged between myself and representatives. I still have not received my tax credit.

Update: Received your reply. Thank you. Improve on process communication because your mission is laudable.

The entire process of donating our RV was incredibly easy. When I had a question I called the number listed and got to talk to a real person. Shocking these days! Even the person who was assigned to pick up the RV kept us updated on when he would arrive. Also, when it sold at auction the office promptly notified us of the selling price and sent the tax paperwork within a few days.

Simple, easy process. Excellent communication from start to finish.

From the person on the phone setting up the tow to the tow driver coming to collect the car...was excellent! Such friendly and efficient service, and it all goes to such a great cause!

It went well. Quick pick-up, auction occurred in a few weeks, and received tax records very quickly as well!

Our donation of our car went smoothly. The pick up organizers worked with us to allow pick up when and where I needed it (I was staying at a hotel with a tight schedule before picking up a rental car). They accommodated my schedule (including offering alternative suggestions), were professional, prompt, and clearly communicated with me. All paperwork was completed on arrival. I highly recommend this organization.

This donation was seamless from the point we reached out to the point the vehicle was picked up. So happy to have made the donation to such a great organization.

The overall experience was great. My only suggestion is have something for the driver, to prove they’re collecting the vehicles for the foundation.

I chose make a wish because they are my favorite charity. I love that humans that have health, physical, and/or mental challenges should be able to feel free of their daily challenges and experience their once in a lifetime bucket list experience! Thank you make a wish!

Happy to be able to help a great organization! Wheels for wishes makes the donation process very easy. They explain each step and let you know exactly what paperwork is needed. They keep in contact throughout the entire process.

They responded quickly and efficiently. Followed through as promised.

Made it easy ,but zero communique after donation. I had to remind for tax purposes...sorry, but wake up!

Helpful. Efficient.
