I recently purchased a Talaria Sting R Pro here at a competitive price. From start to finish this has been an excellent service. My bike was supplied and built in no time. Even when the business had workers on annual leave they went over and above to make sure I had my product as soon as possible, having to make other arrangements! The staff are very friendly and done everything they could to answer my extremely large list of questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to use this company!

ordered an E bike from these guys and their after sales service was really great. I had a problem with the courier company taking a very long time and Wheelie world were very helpful. The E bike is awesome as well. They even sent me a bike bag even though it was not their fault. Will definitely use them again in future, thank you so much guys.

Ordered my husband an ebike at the weekend and it was delivered Tuesday! Even had a message from the company to say where the bike was left. Beaten on the price direct from the bike company that cannot be bad can it!

I had been searching for while looking to make my first E Scooter purchase, so many shops to choose from. I emailed Wheelieworld and was answered very promptly.
I just had a feeling this was a company that I could trust and buy from, going by the reviews on here and the quick reply to my questions, mixed with some great prices, I had made my choice.
The Scooter that I was researching most was on sale here as well so I pulled the trigger and bought it.
I had a decent few emails going back and forth with the Manager, asking him several questions about the Scooter and delivery and found him both friendly and interested in the whole process of someone buying their first scooter.
The entire transaction was easy and very pleasant, it is great that small businesses are picking up again after the terrible few years we had and I openly support the independent shops as much as possible.
I do highly recommend this shop and would happily point my mates to check them out before making their next purchase.

I purchased an E-scooter from Wheelie World and must say I have been delighted by the service and product.
I messaged this family run business with a number of questions and each time received a prompt reply. Having placed the order I received a confirmation message and told the scooter was being shipped from Germany as the UK stock was depleted. I had a DHL tracking number and was able to see the progress as it was transported to the UK. Once here I could track the scooter on the Parcel Force app which even told me the driver’s name!
I have no hesitation in recommending this efficient and friendly company.

Great item but not such good communication after payment, I immediately received a payment pending thing although I knew the money had come out of my bank, no more contact at all, item just arrived six days later. Bit disappointing for such an expensive item

Fabulous service from the outset. This company helped me out when other well known companies didnt. They were 100% honest from the beginning. My daughters Hoverboard was purchased elsewhere however the after sales from that company was shocking, I contacted Wheelieworld for help and they absolutely did. I have since purchased another Hoverboard from Wheelieworld and my daughter loves it. Would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a Hoverboard, scooter etc. Excellent, friendly service.
