Prompt delivery, easy to unpack. Still not assembled as I need a person to help me, but the quality appears to be fantastic - it's certainly very heavy and solid! James was very helpful in his follow up - he was concerned that I had ordered the storage for one smaller and one larger wheelie bin (it was deliberate). All in all, super experience.

easy to order/ great product little more expensive than some but so solid it will out last cheaper versions/ delivery on time. Did take 2 to put together but we expected that to be the case

I paid someone to put it together, he said it was quite easy.

Delivery service didn't start off well - was given a date in advance but had to contact them by midday as had not received the advised 2-hour timeslot. Driver just dumped the bin on a palette on the pavement outside our house. My husband is disabled and by the time he got to the front door to ask if he could deliver it round the back of the house (where we have street access to our garden), the driver was already back in his cab, grabbed his signature and drove off!! I returned home from work and had to unpack on the street and carry each part around to the back of the house as all parts very heavy. Then had to dispose of the palette. Product was wrapped in plastic and must have got wet before delivery so I had to clean off the mould before assembling. Instructions not the greatest. Not enough corner brackets so had to buy some more to ensure it was sturdy enough. In summary - a nice-looking product when assembled but for the price I feel very let down by the delivery 'service', the assembley instructions and fixings supplied.

Instructions need to be clearer. Some parts don't fit together as neatly as they should.

Delvered promptly, straightforward to construct and has proved very robust.

The bin is really well made and looks great and it is our second one from this company. But it is really difficult to install on anything other than a flat surface. We have a gravel drive and it took a professional carpenter to put it together so it didn’t lean with a gap at the top. Perhaps too precisely made? Allow for amateurs to put it together.

Excellent communication, the direct chat option on WhatsApp meant I can ask any time and ensure full support. The storage cabinets are excellent.
