Jeg aflagde en ordre d. 3. Juli. Den er endnu ikke nået frem. DAO har meldt ud, at de ikke kan finde pakken (ikke Wheat’s skyld), men kundeservice hos wheat reagerer ualmindelig langsomt og vender ikke tilbage når jeg rykker. Jeg ved ikke om jeg får min ordre eller om mine penge bliver refunderet? Jeg skal bruge tøjet senest torsdag og ellers er det 600 kr ud af vinduet. Alt i alt er det fair, at en pakke kan blive væk i posten, men det kan altså ikke være mit ansvar, at pakken når frem og det kunne være rart med en klar melding fra Wheat.

The products and design are really wonderful and so cool for the kids. The brand does a great job at presenting itself and the quality speaks for itself.

1- I ordered a raincoat and sneakers, the sneakers were missing, they only sent me a raincoat. 2- I had to make a second order separately, because the child wanted these sneakers, so I paid for shipping twice. 3- We received sneakers with broken hardware, which was lying separately in the box. The clasp is defective and fell off.

The clothes are well made and attractive. My 2 year old looks beautiful in them. I purchased a jacket and clothes in size 92. good fit. My child has a narrow waist so findind clothes that I dont have to alter at the waist is lovely. Will keep buying from Wheat.

I’ve ordered a thermorain set to find out that it wasn’t available after all and that due to a technical error, it appeared to be available.
Very disappointing.

My worst experience ordering things. I paid for it on the website on December 19th, and I still don't know if I'll receive my order. No one is replying to emails, and it's impossible to contact the seller. As a result, I'm now forced to move with my small child to a cold climate without any warm clothes, having spent 300 euros. Beware of this company!

I really adore the ethos, designs and style of Wheat clothes and pretty much all of my daughter's clothes are Wheat. I would just caution to be extra careful with sizing. There are huge discrepancies across items. For example, in her knitwear, vests or onesies my daughter is in size 6-9months 68-74 but in the leggings which apparently 'run large' she barely fits a 12m. As returns are costly, I'd advise being extra extra sure on sizing and if in doubt with tighter fitting items size up (despite what the website says).
