Mi experiencia ha sido muy mala. Compré un deshumidificador por 169 € y el producto recibido me pareció muy inferior a lo esperado por su tamaño y dimensiones media solo 24cm. Desde el mismo día de la entrega pedí la devolución, pero tras más de 14 correos solo recibí respuestas repetitivas, peticiones de vídeos sobre el funcionamiento y ofertas de reembolso parcial, sin facilitarme un procedimiento claro para devolver el artículo. En mi caso, la gestión de la devolución ha sido muy frustrante y no recomendaría comprar aquí para nada.

Fraud of a so called company Whalewish, this is not a legit company! This is someone from China , scamming people with not legit products, using markets to sell knocked off products at a ridiculous price! SCAM ALERT! FRAUD!

A massive scam and a joke of a company.

I purchased a few shirts from this company a few months ago and really liked them, the fit was great and the fabric had a nice, solid weight. Because of that, I ordered more recently. Unfortunately, the difference in quality is shocking. The new shirts are flimsy, thin, and white t-shirts are transparent compared to the original batch.

Whale Wish has completely ignored my attempts to contact them about initiating a return due to the obvious drop in quality. No response at all.

The whole experience is misleading. The website leans heavily on a “heritage” and timeless lifestyle image, but the product I received does not live up to that at all. The quality now feels cheap and mass-produced, nothing like what I initially bought. This is a drop shipping business who buys cheapest products from Alibaba and they pretend to be some sort of artisans of t-shirt making.

This has been a massive waste of money and a major disappointment. Buyers should be aware that the quality appears to have changed significantly, and customer service has been nonexistent.

Save your money and do not spend a cent with these pretentious crooks.

Avoid these scammers based in China. Take your money.send rubbish.will not accept returns.

This isn’t a legit company. They masquerade like they are based in Los Angeles, but it is all straight from China. Returns impossible- client service answered once and then stopped replying to help with return, so was stuck with item.

I have been waiting for two months for my order to arrive and I have contacted Whale Wish on several occasions with no reply. No customer service to speak of.

Completely dishonest company who does not follow any of their published policies on exchanges or returns. They have completely gone silent. It’s like they are literally stealing your money stay away. The product is very average. I wish I could spend five minutes explaining how frustrated I am and how much of a jive they are.

Shipping was acceptable, although not particularly rapid. It would be even better if delivery times were slightly faster and there were more design variations available.

This is just a rip off from a brand in china, this is not a american company, this is a china based drop shipping company.

Wish i had done sooner, before ordering the khaki pants which i could have got for 40 dollars instead of 100.

The fabric is undeniably nice, soft, and tactilely pleasing, but I wish there were a broader spectrum of color options. It remains a core piece in my wardrobe, though I would eagerly purchase more if the palette expanded.

The fit was decent, though not spectacular for my frame. Quality remains solid and reliable, yet it didn’t evoke the same level of enthusiasm as some other users seem to have experienced.

This is more like a dropshipping shop. They sell pants and jeans you can get for more than half their price off aliexpress. And still, they claim, that it‘s not the same they sell. They even use the identical images of „their“ stuff as found on aliexpress. Stay clear, shop on ali, save serious money.

I wore this tee out for a walk and someone stopped me to say they liked my shirt! It just looks so good and fits well.

I wore this shirt for three days straight on a trip and it stayed looking fresh and held its shape the whole time.
