I should have read the reviews here before purchasing, their money back guarantee is a scam. I bought the v30se and its poor quality for even a bedroom. The support rep keeps insisting on paying postage and 90% refund instead of a full refund. The other option I was given was a $5 refund and I keep the product! Don’t buy from this company!

I had a small problem with the product, but the customer service was very supportive. It took some time due to multiple email communication, but they tried to do their best to address all issues. I am very satisfied the experience with WeWatch.

I received the V30SE at a significant…
I received the V30SE at a significant discount from the price listed on their website. Fortunately, I used PayPal so I am currently disputing the charge as I received a defective unit. The ONLY method to contact the seller is email through their website. Although the site has a Chat function, nobody is ever available so I was told to wait for an email. Long story short, they only agreed to send me replacement remote if I close the PayPal case. Really? Also, although the address listed on this website is in the USA, the sellers name on PayPal came back as 深圳市橙汁能量科技有限公司 which would explain the 2 week turnaround time.
UPDATE: 10/2/2022
I was contacted by another customer service representative and offered a complete replacement unit if I update the review, which I agreed to do. I am glad their customer service responded and look forward to providing an honest review of a working unit.
