This is usually a 5 star company who I have been using for many years and have had free shows from as well as discounted tickets for other things.

And have never had a problem with them until now.

My problem is with them and with 02 who are running a competition at the minute to win tickets for a private showing of an upcoming movie.

But here's the issue. We all know (those of us that use the free tickets etc) that sometimes having a free or cheap ticket in very rare circumstances may not guarantee entry. And we are all fine with that because they are very clear with it up front.

However, they are saying the same thing with the competition that they have running at the moment.

Which means alongside O2. They are running a competition for a prize they do not have and cannot guarantee... running a competition for something that you MIGHT get access to... what in the world is going on with that??

Aside from the red flag of giving away a prize that you can't guarantee people will get and regardless of you saying *if you cannot get , we will get you tickets for something else* you're going to cause people who enter this to arrange a full Day Out, possibly travelling miles. Possibly by public transport and having to book accommodation on top of that. Never mind the excitement building up with their kids for the movie itself and how heartbreaking it would be if the worst happened and they couldn't get in.

As far as I know, you are not allowed to run a competition for a prize you do not have and cannot guarantee, and as such I have taken it upon myself to pass this on to the correct ombudsman.

Because that is very shady and I as a customer who has been using you for many years am utterly disgusted by this and will be ensuring o2 are looked into with this too.

I'm a member and got an email back in June to book some tickets for a discount, so I did. This was was during a very busy time so never noticed I never got a confirmation email. Anyway I am a member as I got that members email, I book the tickets and today I go and log in, I can't, so do a forgot password and apparently I no longer exist. Which means I can't get my tickets.

My brother and me, massive arsenal fan, we went to the game last weekend.
Bought ticket Monday, no extras fees, received them Wednesday by delivery tracked.

We decided to give:
1 star for each goal !

and another star for the service !

My son and I went to the game Tottenham - Leipzig, for his birthday gift.
I would never forget his smile when we went in.
We did not have the best seat, but for the price we paid I think it was a really good deal.
