Requested a quotation for a taxi for 7 people to collect us from the New Years Eve fireworks in London and drop us home. Received the quote and paid.

The day they were due to collect us, I received a text message stating the price they quoted was incorrect, then they included a payment link for me to pay more money so they could confirm the collection.

I had to cancel the taxi, which meant we had to cancel our fireworks tickets.

Absolutely disgusting service and I would recommend you book elsewhere.

I will give 3 stars wo Westway Ride as our driver was late for our pickup. While their customer service team was very cooperative and informed us promptly about an accident near Heathrow causing the delay, we were still expecting a timely pickup. Over all the science was good, but punctuality is important, especially after having a long tiring flight.

Excellent service. After landing, I received a message from the controller with details about my pickup. As stated, our chauffeur was waiting right in front of Caffe Nero inside the terminal 3. It was incredibly reassuring and relaxing to see our chauffeur there. Thanks Westway for everything
