Just got back from having my teeth done at Western Health Clinic the Dentist did a brilliant job I feel great and it has given me my confidence back I feel great.i would like to thank Tugce and the rest of the team in so so for making my time there so nice and of course the Hotel I was lovely but I'm gim going to miss the pool I would very much recommend to anyone thinking of having their teeth done

The care is absolutely amazing, hygiene, the support from the staff, explanations, everything was brilliant. Yunus started us off with the process, then Gamze with the flights, then Ileda taking us to and fro. Everyone was supportive whenever we needed them

We arrived and was met by our taxi who took us to the hotel. We received a text message telling us to be ready to go to the clinic. Everyone was friendly and told us in detail what the plan was. The next day we were picked up and taken to the clinic where our treatment began. The staff were lovely. The hotel we stayed in was in the centre of Iszmir and was comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We stayed from Monday to Friday for our first round of treatment and then we return in October for the final fitting of our new teeth, can’t wait. Since being back they have been in touch to make sure we are ok. Can’t fault them and if my new teeth look anything like the temporary ones I have then I can’t wait to smile.

From beginning to end we truly had the best experience possible with western Medical from booking everything with Gamze here in the UK was such an easy process.
Upon arrival at the clinic Irem greeted us and looked after us the whole time she was amazing she spoke perfect English and made sure she was with us every step of the way and made us so at ease and everyone at the clinic was so friendly also.
My dentist personally his name was Atalay he really made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was very detailed In Doing so taking his time to make sure my end results were perfect and also painless !
The clinic was beautiful very hi-tech extremely clean , all the dentists were so knowledgeable .
I couldn’t be happier they look very natural looking which is what I wanted I have beautiful natural white smile and I can’t stop smiling ! 😁
I can not recommend western Medical more highly!!

Hello everybody! I came to this clinic through the recommendation of some friends. I had to put 6 implants and 10 crowns. The doctor and nurses are professional people. The collaboration was good and the hotel exceptional. I'll come back with a review after I put my crowns on. I recommend this clinic

My experience at western health was excellent.Staff very Professional and experienced.Just had dental treatment and was very pleased with results.Hotel and transfers to and from clinic was perfect.Would definitely recommend them.Thank you Western Health.

Can I start by saying I am petrified of dentist.
After reviewing lots of dentists over a 3 year period and contacting a few via WhatsApp, western was the most helpful and very quick to answer questions.
Umay was fantastic and put my mind at rest instantly she answered any queries I had straight away so I took the plunge and set the date.
Irem was my host on the first day and picked me up for the clinic she was really sweet and carried on where Umay had left off , my first and longest day at the clinic was a lot better than I imagined , Ramadan (dentist) and Aynur (assistant) was very understanding of my fear and made the process almost pain free.
The second time at the clinic I was picked up by Ilayda , again very sweet and professional.
When it came to the actual fitting of my Crowns it was over 3 visits to the clinic as the dentist was a perfectionist and had to get them right .
The outcome was breathtaking and I don't mind saying I got a bit emotional at the final result.
I would highly recommend western health to anyone , the whole team was fantastic even the driver that ferried me back and forth.
Big shout out to Umay though as I wouldn't have had it done without her .

We we approached Majic Smile and others . Yunus gave us all the information we needed and addressed all our concerns. He kept in contact with us the whole time and made sure we understood the whole process. Yunus played and integral part for us when deciding to go with Western Health .

I can not recommend western health and the clinic enough… Irem was an amazing support co ordinator helping in translation and explaining everything throughout.
Even after seeing some of the horror cases in the hotel that had booked through other places I was
Put at ease by Irem when I got nervous and helped explain all my treatments… I felt very fortunate for how I was looked after and treated by the whole team and can not recommend them enough

I have just returned from Turkey after having my teeth done.
5* service right from the beginning, Airport pick up went like a dream.
The clinic was amazing, Extremely friendly yet very professional, I was very nervous but was put at ease, even had my fav music played whilst I had my treatment.
You have transformed my life.

after reading there add i contacted them , sounded good, offered flights 2 trips transfers and total 12 nights 4 star hotel, said birmingham ok , given price £5,500 pounds all in, agreed , they asked for a £500 deposit sent it, then they asked me to book flights myself, i said that is what you advertised , they say no, so i asked for a refund , still waiting for reply, give me flights or refund ???, i have asked for refund within 3 days, consumer rights say you can cancel online purchase, they have now threatened me with lawyers for saying this, 4/july 2023, still waiting for refund, after threatening me with solicitors if i made these comments, but not a reply just want my deposit back ,as they mislead me to what was included

My experience with this company been great. There’s 3 girls who organised everything. They have done everything very high, efficient, professional, treated me with one to one. In a professional or I may say like a good friend. Warm welcoming feeling. My V.I.P treatment is through the roof. Since I came home I have recommend western health the everyone I meet. And gave them the contact number. The 3 girls I had contact with is (Nyssa, Gamze and İrem.) Well done girls.
Because the warm welcome from You girls and how you keep me informed early about all my procedure. Scale from 1-100. It have to be 110.

I loved the experience, all the staff was very kind. The welcoming was 5 stars in particular Irem, she was very kind to us and helped us in anything I needed. I recommend it 100%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my appointment booked in with this clinic, 4 weeks before my flight I was advised we need to reschedule as the doctor is taking holiday. I was able go get my deposit back. Obviously had my flights booked and holiday sorted, very poor attitude from the doctor deciding to take a holiday and just push my appointment out. Do not recommend this clinic.

From the moment I got off the plane, it was a nice experience. Tugce was very helpful organising my trip out to Turkey.
I have just experienced the first part of the treatment for my implants . The work was carried out in a professional way, İrem was really helpful, and picked me up to from the dental practice and back to the hotel afterwards. Irem also answered any questions that I had .
I would recommend that they gave you an info leaflet, on the aftercare after having implants . They do tell you all you need to know, but I think clients would benefit from an information sheet , so they don’t forget any thing important in the aftercare process. I’m really looking forward to my new teeth, which will be October 23
