This was a fairly smooth experience. The problem I have is that they say it takes 2-3 days to get a release and then 15 days to pickup but when I purchased mine I got a release email instantly and then that email said I only had 10 days to get my containers. I ordered earlier than I needed them thinking I would have to wait to get them but then I had to completely change my plans because the timing I was expecting was not right. The folks at West Gulf were great and pickup was smooth.

Delivered promptly and the containers were exactly as described.

Overall experience was good, quick delivery, good price

Pita… plain and simple. Container is extremely rough looking inside and out. Is it wind and water tight? Time will tell but the whole process was harder than buying a house. If you have to deal with fraud, good luck. He doesn't return phone calls and you play email tag with him. I think it is very unprofessional. They did end up working with me after they read this review. They ended up refunding me some money for the container.

Rescheduled several times to accommodate the weather and once delivered the container was set exactly as requested.

One of the doors on my shipping container has a bent hindge so it makes the door really hard to close especially since I am a 5'2"... 110 lb woman. Not cool at all. The one door swings just fine and the other door is bent to crap. I'm not happy especially paying as much as we did and having to wait so long. 😕

My family have bought containers before for storage and other construction related concerns. This was the easiest process I've found to date. The price was affordable. Delivery was fast. If all of their deliveries were made by the quality of gentleman named Tye that they had sent, the world would be a better place. I needed the container dropped within six inches of center and he dropped it clean, first try. He also showed up early to beat Dallas traffic (like 6 in the morning) all according to the delivery instructions I gave. The customer service was top notch. I had an issue with a door not closing properly. Customer service immediately connected me with a knowledgable tech and the issue was fixed within ten minutes. Only company I'll use from now on.

Our summer day camp needed a storage container for the items we use for 10 weeks. We partnered with a church to pay and conduct the administrative work to order the container. The storage space we gained was well worth the investment.

I checked with multiple storage container suppliers and opted to go with you because you were "slightly cheaper" than most other options. Now, out of the blue you are raising the prices which defeats the purpose of me choosing you.
I honestly would not raise rates on existing rentals until it hit the year mark (12 months), then make an adjustment. But what do I know. I own rental properties and have not raised rates on any of my tenants because I enjoy having "long term" rental income and less turnover.

***UPDATE*** Mike reached out to me about my issue with the price increase and he understood and corrected the issue for me. He made it right which I really appreciate. I have in turn adjusted my star rating to reflect.

I ordered a 20 ft. Connex box on 12/7/2022. The lady who I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. The box was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but a driver had called in sick, so the box was delivered on Monday 12/19/2022
The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable placings the box exactly where I wanted it. The box appeared in great condition.

The gentleman that delivered the container was very personable and helpful. He set the container exactly where I wanted it and it was very difficult for him to get into there but he pretty much did it on the first try. The container itself, I was very impressed with the condition.
