Western Containers were great to work with. I bought a container for work, Apon purchase i wanted the doors facing the building which isn't the norm for containers, i was called and asked if this was correct, then at that time we made the delivery date and time window, which was met in the time given.

The site was well organized
The site was well organized. It is very busy there so the wait was about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Mine was loaded doors toward the nose of the trailer before I had a chance to inspect it. I hope it's all ok when I get it in place. Friendly staff!

The container price was excellent
The container price was excellent. Shipping price a bit steep. Customer service was excellent. Great contact for day of delivery. The delivery driver was an unpleasant human being. He didn't want to drop the container where we wanted it. We paid a lot of money for a delivery, not for the guy to just drop it in drive. He eventually put it only 10 feet from where it was to go. Grumbled the whole time. To lay that much for delivery, I expect top notch service.

Sale was easy but was talked into…
Sales was easy but was talked into buying a container that was not cargo worthy. Doors shafts bent hard to open floor loose and very worn ! Had to do it again would have paid for next step up. Delivery was excellent
