Just wanted to say there was a few days lapse in our date of purchase and date of delivery.
Thinking since I had not done business with you before I needed to stay in the loop sorta like the shipping people do , it's being pulled , it's being sent to delivery, it's on its way . Type thing .
You were very true to your word and I have recommended you to others .
It is a lot of $ to most folk now to send and be wondering where your product is . So I had some trepidation. But you are people of your word . I appreciate that .

Great customer service. We called ahead of delivery because our drive on our property is less than ideal. They said if 40ft was a no go even if it came to is and then denied that they would bring a 20ft. No charge for additional shipping and even a refund of the difference between 40 and 20ft. They looked at satellite and thought okay, forwarded to the carrier and after approved it was here in a couple days. we have had it over a month now. Could not be happier.
Western container was very communicative and fast to reply. They were 100% up front about every step of the process.

Great Representative, efficient

I needed temporary storage for new doors, windows and walk-in tub for my new house build. 20’ was just the right size. Brought it out quickly, very reasonable delivery/pickup price and monthly rate was reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Clean, nice container.

Fast, friendly and easy to work with.

I wish that I could give them a -10. I was treated like a criminal and accused of trying to fraud them after they received my entire $5000+ paid in full. I ordered 2) 40 high cube containers. I told the saleslady that they were for my butterfly preserve. It was a red flag to me that her email address had another company name in it. When I called them back I spoke with the owner who said that was the former name. I told him about my purchase and what it was for he assured me that they were a legitimate company and that I had nothing to worry about. I called my saleslady back and placed my order and paid the invoice in full. About an hour later after the payment had gone through the owner called me back and said that he was investigating me for fraud and he would need to know who owned the land, see the deed and research it. I asked him how could I be committing fraud to him if he already had all of MY MONEY paid in full. He said that people order them and send them to vacant lots and then cancel payment saying that they didn't receive them. I asked him how could I make that claim if I had to be there to sign for and receive it? He had no real answer for me. Mind you none of these questions and concerns came up until after he had MY MONEY PAID IN FULL. He told me that I could just cancel my order. He was very rude, nasty, unprofessional and condescending towards me. I couldn't believe that I was speaking with the owner. He ruined a chance to do business with someone who is going to be purchasing more containers in the future. It all started to feel like a scam to me because he couldn't tell me how long it would be to get my money back. I cancelled my order and placed a stop payment on the funds. Thank God I got all of my money back. The experience with them was horrible and I would not recommend them.
It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I found another company that gave me an even better deal and quality containers (Syncube Containers).
I hope that he reads this review, learns from it and never treats another customer like this. Everyone is not a criminal and does not deserve to be treated like that and disrespected.

Great Company to purchase from and product was as good or better than advertised.
