I have a AMI 307 orbital welder from 2006, which has bee working perfectly until I had a total hard drive crash in 2024.
I contacted Westermans finding them after a random web search. We made an agreement that they could try to fix the welder in between. I have another one so I was in no hurry, and I wanted to keep the costs down.
I sent them the welder, and after some months I got it back working as expected, for a very reasonable price. This saved me from a significant investment as I now have the AMI 307 as a backup. Another important issue for me is of course the environmental benefit of repairing equipment in stead of throwing it.

Bev was able to quickly tell me whether Westermans was interested in our equipment. After confirming their interest, she was able to make an offer and pay half in advance of us shipping to them, and the rest once they received the equipment. They also arranged the shipping, so all we had to do was package the equipment for pick-up. It all went smoothly.

I purchased a Claibrator for the purpose of testing and validating the accuracy of products under test.
I was blown away by the amazing service provided by the various departments at Westermans.
Also the quick response and delivery of the equipment which was delivered from the UK to Australia in a matter of five days. Everything received was in good condition.
