Excellent Support from Matthew White - KIA Westend

I had to exchange my KIA. I worked with Sales Team, Matthew White, who through the process was fully accessible, thorough and explained all the stages clearly to me.
When the new car arrived, he made sure that I fully understood everything new in the car and all the paperwork.
His support was very appreciated

Booking was easy

Booking was easy, car was nearly new, handover was efficient, car performed perfectly, handing back was efficient. Payment was made easy by the salesman,Paul. Overall a great experience. Will use again.

The way it should be

This is how all companies should be run! Having dealt with all departments, every member of staff is focused on the customer and nothing is too much trouble. Such nice people. Special thanks to Matt Gratton who sold me new EV; no hard sell and smooth process. Superb!

Excellent service.

Jack facilitated a new test drive for me in a new Kia. Excellent service throughout. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and I can now see why there are so many Kia’s on the road. Highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this garage enough

I can’t recommend this garage enough! I was looked after by Matthew Gratton who was an absolute star from start to finish! He made the whole process very easy and I am very pleased with my new car. 10/10

Phoned West end Kia when a problem with…

Phoned West end Kia when a problem with my transmission coolant suggested I should have it looked at. Kia Guildford weren't able to look at it for 6-8 weeks and failed to respond to messages or emails. West end couldn't have been more helpful. Checking on me during the diagnostics and then keeping the car to explore further. They called a couple of times to update on progress and then reassured me the work on the transmission system was covered by the Kia warranty. Great service and a good customer experience.
