Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Same as others received the wrong order as the one I ordered was 'out of stock' was offering a 10% refund, then a 15% and now 20%
20% of £20 = £4, I don't think so!!!
Opened a case via PayPal and got a full refund

im pretty happy with nails - ordered 2 colours, yes one was wrong... but ive emailed them to see if they can ship the right one out.
I tried the other and it cured well, not sure about durability yet but it feels on there!
i like this option as gel nails kill my nails and i dont like to file my own nail, plus varnish colour turns my nails very yellow, so if these last a 5-7 days im happy!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

The same thing happened to me : wrong colours recieved, refuse to refund, suggest I sell to friends to recoup my money (like..what?), ask me to pay shipping to send it back... the whole shebang.

Do not buy! This is not what it looks.

Ich habe 3 verschiedene UV Gel Folien bestellt und 2/3 waren nicht die die ich bestellt habe. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann das die die wollte ausverkauft sind und deswegen haben sie mir andere geschickt. Schon frech. Jetzt erstatten Sie mir lachhafte 10% (!!!!) vom Einkauf weil die Folien die Sie mir geschickt haben so hässlich sind das ich sie nicht nutzen werde.

Also FINGER WEG! Bestellt besser in Deutschland

I ordered two different colours and recieved something completely different. I contacted support, and they told me that they didn’t have the colours I ordered, so they sent me some other colours. They apologized for the inconvinience.
The nails doesn’t cure, and they fall off within an hour..

False advertising on their website as colours that they sent were completely different to what they represented on their site. Definitely not worth the money! What a waste

Pretending being a French company, half of the gel nail wraps are lowest quality ever (fell off after just hours), other half was not the color I ordered, 10 messages later and they still claim they sent another 'similar' color as the ordered item was 'out of stock'. However what they sent is clear and not a color at all. Then they suggest a refund of 10% (from faulty items!), even suggested to 'sell to friends' (?!?!?!) now through Paypal demanding returning the faulty items at own expense to China. SCAMMING COMPANY DONT WASTE MONEY

Don't buy from them. It's a rubbish company. The product is of very poor quality, after curing in the lamp the foil is still flexible. My first nails fell off after just an hour! when I wrote to them for a refund, they replied that they could not offer me help because they were only an intermediary. If you buy something from them, you can also throw your money away. it will be exactly the same. product not as described, customer service is very disappointing. They are scammers

Absolute rubbish , jumper nothing like the one I ordered , it was printed on horrible polyester nylon material , still trying to get a refund and they use many names

Order ships from China, took two weeks to arrive, completely different products from what I ordered, tried to offer 10% refund and said I should sell them myself, then offered 20% refund then "final" 25% refund. Shop elsewhere.

On their website it sais the company is located in France, but the products are being shipped from China, so it took FOREVER to arrive! Once arrived, 4 out of 6 colours were not the colours I ordered! They told me that what I ordered was out of stock, so they jus decided to send something else.... They are not refunding my money and they actually suggested I try to seel them myself! Ridiculous and unacceptable!

Seller poses as a French company online, but they are from China. They pretend to be French when you buy a product, then send you a random product or do not send anything at all and when you try to settle the problem, all of a sudden they are a Chinese company and do not apply EU consumer rights! They do nothing to rectify their mistake and if you wish to get
a refund for a product that you did not order or dd not get at all, you have to pay for return to China, not France! Do not buy from this seller!

Jeg bestilte to sæt negle og har dog modtaget to sæt, den ene sæt er som jeg bestilte men den anden er overhovedet ikke i nærheden af hvad jeg bestilte. Jeg kontaktede support og fik også svar ret hurtigt, med det svar at fordi de ikke havde den anden på lager tig de sig den frihed at sende en anden som overhovedet ikke ligner den der var bestilt, i stedet for at kontakte mig for at høre hvad jeg ønskede der skulle ske. Og nu sidder jeg med et produkt jeg ikke har bestilt, men betalt for og har ikke hørt noget fra dem siden jeg ønskede at få mine penge tilbage for den jeg ikke har modtaget.
Så lad være med at købe noget her, for i får højst sandsynligt ikke det o har betalt for og de vil ikke tilbage betale det de skylder.
