So, ordered a few things from here, and at one point the norwegian postal/customs system (not weslav!) managed to send the item in return after a month of it doing nothing in the postal system (although that's a story for another review of a different company...)

After having contacted the post service as much as i could on my own i sent customer service a mail with all the information i had gathered that may or may not be relevant or useful, and after a bit of back and forth trying to figure out what exactly was going on, it eventually became clear that it was being sent in return to them. Got a refund, made another order, no issues at all. The mails in return were shorter than mine, sure, but if i can get all the information i need in 3 sentences despite sending a 4 paragraph mail, that's something i appreciate.

How can i track my ushanka i have not got any code or somthing like that?

This group of people charged me twice the amount I was supposed to be charged.Like if I placed 2 orders which I didn't. I only received one order. Products were OK. I have been trying to get my money back from that extra order they 'by mistake' imposed me and never sent me. I've sent lots of emails to the Team but, I am still waiting for it 2 months later. They take a week to 2 weeks to reply and when they do it, it is to say they are having problems with the computer system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They take way to long to update their site. now i dont have alot of money so when get some to buy something extra of course i will and im trying get a ushanka but they have been "updating their site" since Wensday and im about to take my buisness somewhere else i mean this is ridiculous.

I love Boris and his merch, but costumer service is a joke. They respond cocky to a formal and friendly email, and don't proactively help out. So if nothing goes wrong with your order then it should arrive quickly and in good shape, but if its lost in transit beyond your controle, then go **** yourself" is the message they are sending. Due to this incident I'm afraid my now second order will also be my last.

Truly a shame they would represent Boris.
