It is a rounded blend including ground white pepper, spices and a hint of onion. This mix offers a beautiful base in which you can experiment with additional flavours to produce your secret recipe. Suitable spice mix for most meats including pork, beef, and game. Have been using the burger mixes for quite a while my family favourite is the Burger 80 mix I sometimes add in some mixed dried herbs and garlic to make meatballs.
Great with venison
This results in an excellent tasty burger. The whole family gave this a thumbs up.
My first attempt at burgers after a friend recommended this product/supplier to me and the result was so much better than I expected. So easy, to use and as someone that doesnt like much spicy food this was perfect result. I intend to try many more of their products, good communication to alert me for delivery as well.
