The last 2/3 occasions of buying ring doughnuts , I've found them to feel quite hard even though they had today's date on them.
If they were cooked 'on the day' surely they would be fresh and soft, like they used to be. Very disappointed 😞 It's not as it used to be. I will not be buying doughnuts again.

Quite frankly im very disappointed in my food this morning. I had ordered a sausage bap, with a few extras and a coffee, and all of it was not what I was hoping to receive. For starters my sausage was bland and tasteless, the bacon was fatty and stringy, the hash browns were soggy and unpleasant and the bun itself was chewy and tuff. Not to mention my coffee was only filled half way and stone cold. I have eaten here twice and both times have been a similar experience, probably won't be eating here again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my bacon, sausage and hash brown crunchy role. I have 5 reasons why i am so unpleased,
1. Very cold,
2.tasted not very nice,
3.my drink was nasty,
4.The sausage was bland and tasted wierd,
5. I really, really , really don't like the pricing. for my unpleasent sandwich , the pricing was 7.90. Very unpleased. Howvwer, the man that delivered my meal was lovely and asked how my day was, so thank you to him, he worked for Uber and im very grateful for that. I would give him 5/5 stars if i could. Oh and i forgotto say that there was something crunchy in my role, Egg shell??

Yiewsley Wenzels is really good. Bought a good few Too Good To Go bags from mostly here and am always on the whole very happy with them. Staff on the whole are really lovely and helpful and in particular Jyoti and Kimberley. Store is always spotlessly clean when Jyoti is on and everything is well organised.

The staff at Harrow and wealdstone branch are amazing, friendly, always clean, best wenzils I've been in

They don’t do anything decaf. Also, went to Bourne End store this morning and wanted a tea but was told I had to have it black as they had no milk. There are several shops a few doors down. Done with them and will stick to Greggs, they know what they are doing, or go somewhere independent. Typical family business, need to get rid of the CEO. Pull your finger out.

I had the falafel and hummus wrap and was very disappointed. It was extremely dry as there appeared to be no hummus in the wrap.Could do a lot better 😢

I stopped using Wentzel's for a couple of years the prices are mad ! Recently i have started back occasionally using the Northwood branch again . Once a week a Hot Chocolate and a Double bacon baguette cost £7.85.The baguette size has shrink i would call a large roll? The price is high but ok for once a week. Stopped at the Joel street shop this morning and was told the price wants £9.80. Question it and told that the price other shop had it wrong ? Walked away and had Porridge at work , Cheaper and better for me . Can you confirm what the cost should be .

Went to my enfield town recently as i usually do every so often and ask the lovely assistant for 2 egg mayo baguettes she informed me that they no longer do them and now its an egg brioche, i asked her why this was as me and my elderly mother love the egg baguettes and was told that those up had decided to stop them, "Oh does that mean all the baguettes will be stopped?", "no just the egg one". This makes no sense so rather than have nothing i took 2 egg brioches to give them a try well what can i say 1 bite and both went in the bin. Brioche rolls are too sweet to have a savoury filling, it tasted vile and the fact that its the same price as a baguette is even more disgusting.
Eggs are cheaper than chicken, ham and tuna so some one plz tell me why. Its plain head office hasnt thought this through at all

The app didn't work and was told add it later but place to add info. This was at the Ealing shop.
Sent an email but no response after 3 weeks.

We bougjt 8 differet baguettes from the Windsor store for a lunch time meeting. They might have looked good but they were all so overfilled with a mayonnaise 'gunk' everything was squeezing out as we tried to eat them. Far too messyto eat. A very basic product design problem and easily resolved but wouldnt buy their product again.

Placing multiple orders recently to the Basildon Wenzels, they keep sending my order wrong claiming they don’t have any ham left, the issue is it’s costing me £15.00 a time to be delivered not ham and have uber eats charge me for this each time

We ordered veggie paninis with cheese and onion patties from Reading Woodley branch. They were delicious and cooked very well. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend it and will visit again soon. Thank you!

Going down hill, ordered 2 baguettes, firstly no seeded option anymore and secondly, filling was so thin it's no longer worth even buying. Usually buy as a treat but will avoid going forward.

Stop will all the new fancy stuff and go back to basics to what people actually buy, a decent sarnie

Had to give feedback on wonderful service from Ritu and Salma in the St Anns Harrow store... We ordered a sandwich platter for a church meeting, and it had attached a friendly message that the food was made "with love and excitement so it should taste yummy". It was indeed delicious, and I went to the store to say thank you - the ladies were so pleased that we had enjoyed our lunch - and seemed surprised that I had bothered to say thank you. Such lovely staff deserve huge praise indeed! I normally enjoy Wenzels food anyway, but this was certainly "above and beyond".
