Projector is good, support is one of the worst I have seen. I wanted to give a 4 stars at first, after talking to customer team it is 1 now.
We had an upcoming event where we have needed a battery powered beamer, I have ordered a beamer 2 weeks prior to an event to be safe. I used it for a day and realized that the battery is dead, 0%.
I asked support for a replacement, or a repair.
2 weeks before our event.
Wemax Support takes 4 days to provide me with a return label. They receive the beamer 3 days later and they do not respond.
I get a promotional letter that in a week they are going on a holiday, so I kindly ask them to ship the beamer in a week time before their 2 weeks holiday.
They send me a reassuring message, that here in Germany their work will not be affected and that they have shipped the beamer and I will get it in 3-6 days. Week later it hasn't even been brought to the DPD.
I ask them a status. And in the same chain of the email where they have said that the holiday will not affect their work they say that the work is slow due to a holiday, laughing out loud :)
Event passed, no wireless beamer still. We had to rent a generator and a beamer. From 4 stars to a 1 star. This is just unacceptable.
Upd.: right after a message and a review guys sent out the beamer so maybe 1 star is too few in this case so there is 2.

My experience is positive. From the moment of ordering to delivery it took only a few working days. I am extremely satisfied with the product.

Hemos comprado un par de proyectores Wemax Dice y estamos muy contentos con las prestaciones (los compramos en oferta por 314 y 297 euros respectivamente). Wemax lanza continuamente promociones en las que ofrece sus productos con muy buenos descuentos. En cuanto al servicio postventa, quedamos gratamente sorprendidos con la atención. Intentaron entregar el segundo proyector en un par de ocasiones pero no nos encontrábamos en casa. Wemax gestionó un nuevo envío de forma inmediata y recibimos el proyector en menos de 5 días.
I really like this little projector. Easy to set up and awesome picture.
Order didn't ship with the piece that was the entire reason I placed the order. Contacted customer support a week ago and haven't heard anything back.

Came faster than I expected. Great product. After second day, the screen stopped retracting when I powered down the projector. It still rises when I turn the projector on. Not a big deal to me though. The cool factor of the screen outweighs that. Also wish that the screen had space underneath to run the cords. Maybe the next generation will. Great color, great picture even during the day.
The Wemax Nova I received has issues and customer service wanted me upload videos, but did not provide a link. Customer care has gone silent on me while my return window is closing.

Leider ist die erste Lieferung bei DPD verschwunden, jedoch wurde mir umgehend Ersatz versprochen.
Incorrect shipping information throughout. The screen I bought has large seams.

I ordered a projector with screen 75 days ago. The screen was delivered with holes in it and I'm still waiting for a replacement. I have an email chain that's 50+ replies long - back and forth. I believe support is in China so support is never available while I'm awake. I sent my damaged screen back and I've yet to receive a replacement. If I could do it all over again I would order from a different company. I'm currently 75 days in to the purchase and haven't been able to use the products I purchased.

The item came missing the remote,power cord, and usb. Customer service refused to send those parts so now they are having me wait til they can get a return label that they apparently don’t have to send the whole thing back after waiting a month and a half to get it in the first place.
