My main concern, and what I wanted to highlight for other traders, is that payouts still appear to depend on internal review and interpretation, even after stated criteria are met.
I understand the need for risk management, but clearer definitions and more objective criteria would help traders better understand exactly where the boundaries are.

The fund cannot provide any proof that I violated their rules.
So after half a month of complaining about my case — that I only traded with a single account, met the profit requirements, and fulfilled all the fund's conditions — they still haven't paid me. Instead, they accused me of cheating by trading across multiple accounts.
I have repeatedly asked their support staff to provide evidence, such as screenshots or proof, showing that I violated the rule against fraudulent trading across multiple accounts, but they have been unable to prove any violation on my part.
I truly feel outraged and believe I have been blatantly scammed.
My sincere advice to everyone is: do not sign up for any fund, no matter which country it is in.

First response: Everyone, please don’t invest in this fund. It’s a scam. Even after meeting the trading requirements, they don’t pay out and instead delete customers’ accounts.
Second response: The fund does not allow me to continue commenting on the feedback below, so I am writing more here. Please don’t believe what the fund says—I have completed all of their targets, but they are making excuses to avoid paying me.

Following a detailed investigation by our Risk Department, the trading activity on MT5 account 1085679 was reviewed and found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically regarding high-frequency rapid trading actions and manipulative trading behavior.
Our analysis identified an unusually high concentration of rapid short-term trades. Out of 3,950 total positions, approximately 36.51% were high-frequency trades, and 95.87% of your total realized profit was generated from these trades. In addition, a large number of rapid and repetitive orders were placed on XAUUSDx, which significantly exceeded our acceptable thresholds.
While WeMasterTrade does not prohibit scalping, strategies consisting predominantly of extremely high-frequency trading may trigger a compliance review under Section 3.6 – Arbitrage and Manipulative Practices of our Terms and Conditions, particularly when such activity affects execution quality and the integrity of the trading system.
Based on the findings of this review, the account was determined to be in breach of our trading policies. As a result:
• Withdrawal request W000131519 was declined
• MT5 account 1085679 has been terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions
For transparency, the relevant evidence and trading analysis have already been provided to you via email.

After reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that your payout request was declined due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically related to the use of a VPN by Vietnam-based clients. As previously communicated to you on November 4, 2025, Vietnam clients are strictly prohibited from using VPNs to access or trade on WeMasterTrade accounts.
During our risk review, our system detected that MT5 account 1092921 logged in and traded on March 5, 2026 using a VPN, which constitutes a breach of our VPN & VPS Usage – Vietnam Clients policy. As a result of this violation:
Withdrawal request W000130655 was declined
Account 1092921 has been terminated in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
For transparency, the evidence related to this violation has already been sent to your registered email address for your reference.

I have been trading with wemastertrade for over 5 months and have never had any problems.
When following the rules correctly, and importantly, I have withdrawn money 5 times already.
The support team is fast and fair.

La única respuesta que me dieron fue sobre operaciones viejas con ligeros desplazamientos no sobre el problema puntual tal como les mostré en el video de mi operativa también les respondí el correo con la evidencia de su respuesta sobre operaciones anteriores y les envié la evidencia puntual en fin igual no se hicieron responsables así que se permiten manipularte como les convenga bajo la escusa de que su liquidez no es necesario que se mueva igual en futuros se vio claro en otras empresas de CFD dio el mismo movimiento como le mostré en el video y solo con ustedes no lo dio y muy conveniente fue con mis operaciones la verdad pésimo servicio al que le interese le puedo mostrar los videos de la operativa para que vean como roban descaradamente si gustan también les muestro los correos de respuesta con el historial de mt5 la verdad está todo claro y que sean los usuarios para que no les pase lo mismo perdiendo su dinero en empresa que no vale la pena

La ejecución de las órdenes se basa en el tick price más cercano disponible en el mercado en el momento en que se procesa la solicitud. Debido a la dinámica normal del mercado —como las condiciones de liquidez y las variaciones de precio en tiempo real— pueden producirse ligeras diferencias entre el precio solicitado y el precio final de ejecución.
Este comportamiento es normal dentro de cualquier entorno de trading y no corresponde a manipulación del mercado.
Además, ya le hemos explicado su caso y le hemos proporcionado todas las evidencias relevantes por correo electrónico.

The problem is not fully resolved when the automatic sliding system fails. Their system is slow, and the way they solve it is by not managing risk when you have already managed it very well. When the market is volatile, it causes you to lose money.

After reviewing your case, our team found that the trade in question was executed during a period of high market volatility. Under such conditions, the system may fill orders at the next available bid/ask price in the market, which can sometimes differ from the expected price.
Based on our investigation, the execution occurred in line with the actual market conditions at that moment and was not related to any technical issue on the platform.

Following a previous review of your trading activity, your account was found to have violated the Trading Interval Rule. As a goodwill solution, our team offered you the option to reset the account and continue trading instead of terminating the account permanently.
As part of this reset arrangement, it was clearly communicated that the next payout would be limited to 10%, and afterward the payout structure would return to the standard progression of 50% → 75% → 90% once normal trading conditions resume.
This condition was applied as part of the recovery process after the rule violation.

Scamming
Their system failed to update the dashboard at midnight. I opened a trade after midnight, but the system still treated it as if it belonged to the previous day’s daily loss limit. As a result, the account was breached due to a system error, not because of my trading. They keep repeating the daily loss limit policy, but they are not addressing my actual question: why was the dashboard not updated at midnight as it should have been? They have also silenced me by timing out me on Discord.

Firstly they have the best palns for Instant account in the industry. They give DD 5%, MD 10% which is also industry best. You will never get any plans near to WMT and they also provide discounts coupons regularly.
Platform - For the first time I have tried MATCH TRADER and it was better than MT5. Spreads are lows and almost every symbols are available.
