HermanMiller Aeron Chair Purchase
I purchased a HermanMiller Aeron chair from Wellworking. Prior to the purchase, I phoned for advice on options and received very helpful and informative information. Their website was user friendly and straightforward concerning ordering and payment. The chair was delivered by Wellworking in their own van which I particularly liked…rather than a courier drop-off with the risk of damaged goods. Their driver unpacked the chair and installed it in my upstairs office. It was delivered within 2 working days from the placement of order. Thank you for an excellent service.

exemplary customer service
a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Prompt responses to email enquiries prior to placing an order for a HM Verus. Delivery notifications were aplenty & drivers arrived within the advised 1 hour slot. I had an issue with the lumbar support which Laura handled via a telephone call. She couldn’t have been more helpful offering exchange for the same or different models or a refund. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending WW - if only all companies delivered this level of service.

Love the Vitra office chair I bought; comfortable & stylish. What more could you ask for from an office chair? Wellworking communicated very well in terms of confirming the order (some bespoke bits to the chair), and then in delivering the item. Great stuff.

Loved the desk we ordered in 2015 so…
Loved the desk we ordered in 2015 so much that, in moving offices, we've purchased another one. It's a big hit with colleagues - many discussions have been held around this, it's more informal than a meeting room, but comfortable for quick chats and working on architect drawings.

Excellent. Next day delivery. Unfortunately the chairs we ordered were not quite what we expected (Herman Miller Sayl), we found them really uncomfortable and for the price we were expecting a lot more. Will be returning.
Service was excellent, received an email the day before stating when the delivery will be. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service
I have to leave a review as this company was fantastic from start to finish. I ordered an office chair and needed to make a slight amendment after a few weeks, the customer service received was brilliant. Fast and friendly responses and made everything easy. Delivery was also superb. I highly recommend.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and was the reason in the end I bought from well working. Honest and reliable. The chair is great and has already helped correct my seating position and ease my aching back.
Instructions were visual and needed some trial and error to fathom but chair is so easy to manipulate different parts that it’s no issue now.Lime green is more yellow but saved me money and I cannot see when seated! A great buy from an excellent company.
