Online, I booked a 30 minute personal viewing of desk chairs at the Pershore branch. I gave requirements at this time - chair height, lumbar support, mesh back, price range - and when I arrived, the sales staff had already brought out several chairs meeting my requirements for me to try. They were knowledgeable and able to help me compare chairs as well as show me the many adjustments that could be made. The chair I bought precisely matches what I wanted, which is important as I work from home and often sit in then chair for long periods. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice!

The website is easy enough and prices are competitive . However delivery service is suboptimal. The chair was just left outside our front door covered in plastic. Previously ordered direct from Herman miller and they came inside and set up the chair. These guys didn’t. Quite disappointing considering it was a 1300 pounds chair

The laptop stand I bought is well built and sturdy, providing stable base for my laptop, and it feels really comfortable to use. I particularly like that it is compatible with my laptops of different size, which means it's a truly universal stand.
