Would rate 0 stars if I could

Would rate 0 stars if I could. False advertisement of products, will not refund, they had Bio-freeze professional strength image shown but sent me the regular strength. I sent pictures of what they sent, a copy of my order with a picture of the professional strength I already had. To no avail. And I am pretty sure Srikanth is a bot. I should have read the reviews first. Will never order from WellnessBetter again. We have been going back and forth for a week but I am done. I spent almost $90, on products. Wasted because the regular strength bio-freeze is no good for me.

Misleading product information

Misleading product information; when I requested an exchange I was told that it was not possible. Return of product was possible for $5.99 shipping cost plus a restocking fee of 15%. Wellness Better received the shipment in 3 days but never refunded any money.

Not worth my time to complain to credit card company.

A hidden gem!

A hidden gem!
One of the best online wellness stores I’ve come across. The website is super easy to navigate, with beautiful product images and clear categories for skincare, supplements, and hair care. I found everything I needed from clean beauty to natural vitamins in one place!

What really stood out was the quality of the brands and how fast my order arrived. Everything feels curated and thoughtfully selected.

Plus, the pricing is fair, and they often run great deals, I scored 30% off my first order! Their customer service was also friendly and responsive when I had a question about my shipment.

Highly recommend WellnessBetter to anyone who values quality, wellness, and a smooth shopping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

DELIVERY NEVER CAME!! DISAPPOINTED

I ordered multiple products from Wellness Better including my favorite lotion which I usually order from Walmart but was excited to find it cheaper on Wellness Better. Despite getting an email saying my products were delivered, they never were. I tried reaching out to Wellness Better via email and was told to contact USPS with any issues. As you may know, USPS is impossible to work with. I also tried calling Wellness Better using the phone number on the website but could not get thought to anyone. The phone number instructed me to email which I had already done. Here I am with no products and no help!! I will be ordering from Walmart in the future.

If I could give ZERO I WOULD

If I could give ZERO I WOULD. So my grandson has alopecia and severe eczema. He’s 5 years old. His dermatologist told me to get him a specific Cetaphil gentle cleanser for his body, and the place I usually get it at online. They were all out of stock. I specifically always order it a week before he runs out so he’s never out of it because his skin gets really itchy and irritated and what not. So I got two bottles. I spent $20. I’m so upset right now. It’s literally 7:20 in the morning and I’m fuming . 😡 they send me something totally different than what I ordered so now my grandson has about one more day left of his body wash . THANK GOD. I found one on Amazon, It’s not the same one but it’s similar. but anyways , so again I emailed them and show them( they sent the wrong product) I take a picture of my receipt. My mailing packaging what they sent me and what I was supposed to get , as they can see it on the order receipt and tell them I wanna return. THEY tell me “ oh you can gladly return it BUT it’s gonna be $6.99 for a shipping label and then 15% for a restocking fee. Are you serious right now? You’re charging me a 15% restocking fee for YOUR mistake? I feel like all these businesses nowadays that’s all they do is scam scam scam. They knew exactly what they were doing. They sent me the wrong stuff on purpose. I think whoever they emailed it to has to return it and they get their 15% restocking fee. Everybody’s scamming today and it’s right under our noses. I wanted to write a review and let everybody know DO NOT order anything from this place. LIARS, THIEVES and SCAMMERS. PERiOD. I basically just threw away $20.

Shady tracking notifications. Super-slow shipping.

I placed an order with this company on Nov. 10. A week later, when I hadn't received my order, I tracked the order, and it said "delivered." I looked everywhere around my house, but there was no package.

So, I called the company on the phone. The outgoing message says they accept calls until 5pm EST. Well, I was calling at 4:25pm EST—yet, no one answered the phone. So, I left a voice message, describing my issue, and I also expressed my concern that they weren't answering the phone during their own, published hours.

Then I found my email confirmation and wrote them via email.

A short time later, someone emailed me and said my order was being "prepared." This was a full *week* after I had placed the order. But remember how the tracking had said "delivered"? I checked the tracking again, and it had been changed to "en route."

So, the tracking language had changed—but the new language was still a lie, because the company confirmed that my order had NOT even been shipped!

I replied, expressing my dissatisfaction and told them I expected them to make this right somehow.

Well, 48 hours later, they finally replied and simply wrote, "We understand your frustration completely. We are preparing order WB-11637 for immediate shipment 24 - 48 hrs and will update you with tracking information shortly."

So, a full *9* days after my order was confirmed (and 2 days after it had been marked "delivered"), they are now saying they will *ship* my order in "24-48" hours.

The $6.99 shipping fee suggests it will be USPS (or another standard carrier). They're in the Eastern time zone, and I'm in the Pacific time zone, which means that *if* they ship it in 24-48 hours, the soonest I will receive my package is a full TWO WEEKS after I ordered it.

Furthermore, each time I've emailed them, I've asked the *specific* questions—which they've ignored repeatedly.

I will never do business with this shady company again. You've been warned!
