Wie alle Vorgänger Ware ist Schrott bis heute kein Geld zurück bekommen Finger weck

Die Bestellstrategie und die Bezahlabwicklung über PayPal würde ich als "Betrugsversuch" werten. Nach einlopggen bei PayPal wird man auf mehrere Seiten mit voreigestellten Bestellungen geleitet die dann alle ürer PayPal abgerechnet werden. Finger weg von dieser Firma - vollig unseriös - Betrug!!!

I SEE THIS MAJOR SCAM IS STILL GOING. I often review to try and warn people. It is utterly fake. They have changed their name to probably avoid the number of BAD reviews it has. Even here they have the lowest rating. Don’t be fooled. The patches don’t work and fall off . When they get you, they manage to take more money than you commit yourself to. Be warned. I reported them to USA fraud and British who did nothing.
Probably cos there are so many scammers. Look under WELLKNEE and WELLNESS, they use different names but people here and abroad are being scammed. Take care. They s happened 2 years ago but this silly site only lets you review within 12 months so I put different date.

Der letzte Schrott aus China-nicht verwendbar. Versand dauert Wochen , dann erhält man Müll , der nicht wie im Angebot schön dargestellt wird Kundenservice nicht kulant .
Hätte ich die Bewertungen hier früher gelesen und mit den Ärger und das Geld gespart und mir direkt was billiges bei Amazon bestellt , das auch für die Knie verwendbar ist

I experienced all these things too. I ordered 2 knee braces and my account was debited immediately with 2 different orders and amounts and just as I was trying to email them a third debit was taken totalling over £100! Of course there was no email address nor phone number. The items were 6 knee braces and 4 boxes of herbal knee patches ( 40 patches in all ).These items took ages to come and when they arrived there was obviously no return address. I complained to my bank via the app but it kept saying it looks like a subscription so I phoned them up and they did a CHARGE BACK so I got an immediate refund for this while the bank did some investigation. Go to your bank for help !! This company are SCAMMERS.

I inadvertently ordered 4 knee braces in addition to the one I wanted. Several emails later, the firm refuses to send me a returns label and declines a refund. I am disgusted with their attitude and will not use them again. Incidentally the patches tend to ruck up at the edges which have to be taped down but they do give some pain relief. Low expectations from this firm.

No communication. Ordering geared to charge you for items not ordered

Die Kniebandagen von Wellnee hätten von mir keinen Stern bekommen habe zig E-Mails da hin geschickt komme aber nicht mehr weiter mit dem Mitarbeiter der Klettverschluss hält nicht mehr also kann ich die nicht mehr benutzen.

Falsche Preisangabe. Nachdem Order platziert und mit Paypal bezahlt, ploetzlich doppelt so teuer inkl. Versand. Ware auch Schrott. Wollte vor Erhalt Bestellung stornieren, ist nicht möglich, weil die Ware über deutsche Scheinadresse ( keine Rücksendeadresse)geliefert wird...!
Bin drauf reingefallen.
Also Achtung, wer der Anbieter ist. Das Ding ist bei Amazon viel billiger zu erwerben.

This is a SCAM. Please do not view the website as they manage to charge you just for viewing. I was charged £70 and was unable to get a refund from them after emailing them straight away.

Habe sofort von meinem Widerspruchsrecht Gebrauch gemacht weil die Bestellung ein Versehen war (innerhalb 1 Minute)
Angeblich war die Ware schon im Versand
Werde einen Anwalt einschalten bei diesen unseriösen Geschäften

They try to and succed to screw you into buying more without you wanting to!
The client service act stupid "well you ordered it bla bla" NO help what so ever!!
And . the patches don't work anymore.
GO TO YOUR PHARMACY, THEY SELL SMALLER PATCHES WHO REALLY HEAT UP AND WORK!!!

I was only browsing the website of wellnee my mistake was I entered my PayPal acct. I didnt make a purchase and didn't click the order button. Next thing I received a PayPal charge fr my email. Wellnee charged my PayPal without my approval. I emailed wellnee after 10 mins receiving email fr PayPal and I said I made a mistake placing an order but they won't refund my money. This is scam website. Beware

Einfach gesagt ist der Kauf ein Betrug.
In der Bestellung tauchen statt zwei vier oder sechs. Bei Nichtgefallen Rückversand in die USA. Das ganze dauer mehrere Wochen. Hin und her.

Nennen wir das Ganze doch so wie es ist: es ist Betrug! Habe Kniepflaster gekauft mit 70% Rabatt, als die Bestellung bestätigt wurde war es plötzlich der volle Preis. Sofort (innerhalb 5 min) habe ich stornieren wollen, bekam aber Hinweis dass nicht mehr möglich weil Ware unterwegs.
Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Do not touch this company Wellnee with a barge pole they scam you when you order if you order one pack of 10 knee patches they will send you 10 boxes then charge you it should have cost me £10 I got charged £70 when I contact the company by email you get a automated reply I went to send the patches back to the company it's a fake company address the post office did not recognise the address when I contacted Wellnee I just got the same fake message over and over again Scammers

Firstly I ordered 2 braces & they sent & charged me for 4!
I asked for a refund, but was only offered a small discount.
Secondly after trying the brace, I realised how rubbish it is. It offers no support whatsoever. I asked for a full refund, but was refused. I am now left with 4 useless braces & an empty pocket.

Avoid this company at all costs.
In my opinion they intentionally operate a very confusing purchasing process where you pick the product you want - in my case 2 knee braces, but then in another window are asked to confirm the order. I fell for it and pressed the confirm the order button unwittingly buying 4 more knee braces.
Who needs 6 knee braces?
I only realised when the order arrived.
The return - refund process is not easy. Eventually I settled to keep the 6 braces (which were not suitable) for a 40% discount. I am awaiting finalisation of the process.
Having read numerous other examples of people receiving multiple unwanted items but being charged for them I am deeply suspicious that this is an intentional sales technique using the website that is little short of a criminal scam.

If I could give 0* I would.

Do not trust the ordering system or the Facebook reviews for this 'company'.
When ordering, extra items are 'placed' in your basket and not made clear. It's not until you're charged you become aware the cost is hugely more than expected.

Trying to get a full refund appears to be impossible because they then tell you that the return cost to USA will be 50% of refund so you may as well just accept their offer of a 50% refund. And getting that 50% is presenting impossible in itself!!

Despicable practice, especially and I'm making a judgement here, but the vast majority of their customers will possibly be older people. Apologies if that is incorrect. But Despicable nonetheless. 😡😡😡😡😡
