I just moved to a different state and now I can't find a primary care physician that I can go see in person to get care ! I need a PCP , a cardiologist and a urologist! It's to difficult to navigate this and try to stay alive for my family! I'm doing EVERYTHING that I can to stay in the working force to sapport my family and my country! Our insurance companies are only worried about profits! I understand that ALL companies must make a profit, but , these insurance companies are the same as the mafia of the 1920s ! Insurance was invented by the mafia! It was just legalized by our industrial government because the mafia found a " legal " way to steal our money! They got elected!!!

Do not get this insurance i have been fighting for my medication to be taken care of for 3 weeks now they are messing with my health. My Dr's have sent what was needed and they say they dont have it! They are playing games do not give them the time of day .

After a horrible experience with a different provider of Medicare Supplement Plans, I came back here to see what people were saying about Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and there's no reviews? I have had Wellmark BCBS under the Marketplace for several years now and have had great customer service, helpful phone reps, pretty good luck with the website getting me the info I need on my own, and clear Explanation of Benefits statements. So I've decided when switching into Medicare this fall, even though their Supplement Plans cost a little more monthly I'm just going to stay with them. You can't put a price on awesome customer service in 2025, with phone reps who speak English and listen and are patient (no pun) with the questions I ask.
