I purchased a hot tub at the beginning of the year from a well known supplier to Costco. It arrived in the summer had leaks and was made in China. (poor quality and still cosy £8K) Got a refund and went straight to Wellis Worthing. Aaron was so helpful in selecting the perfect hot tub, the family enjoyed the experience in store. Finally as a family we felt relaxed with the process starting again and was happy to wait the 4mths for delivery. Was kept in touch regarding lead times and when contacting the store to ask questions, was answered with ease and confidence. Malaga Standard arrived yesterday and was impressed by the install and especially the knowledge of Ben. He helped make sure the process was smooth and the training was made easy for beginners. I have other family members also wanting a new Hot tub and will make sure they purchase from Wellis Worthing

Delighted with the hot tub we purchased from Wellis Sussex. The hot tub had to be craned over our house. Garry from Morgans Crane Company was absolutely brilliant! All arranged by Harry at Wellis
The installation led by Ben was FIRST CLASS. He was extremely helpful with instructions on how to use and look after the hot tub. Throughout the installation he was polite, courteous and enthusiastic.
We would also like to thank the office staff Alek, David & Stuart who helpfully answered all our questions & queries.

Very Happy with the hot tub I purchased from Wellis Sussex . Hot tub was craned in over my house which was arranged by them .. The installation team were brilliant and extremely helpful with instructions on how to operate. Later that day in the evening jumped into the tub and it all worked fantastic .. thanks to all ..

We've just had the Everest Hot tub delivered and installed on Friday and it is fantastic. Harry was brilliant with helpful advice throughout the process and on the day Ben went through everything with great detail and patience and would thoroughly recommend the product, company and the staff.

Quality service from initial consultation through to delivery and installation. Ginger Ben was a top bloke on the day of install and delivered a great service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyne looking for a new hot tub or spa.

Recently had my Malaga spa installed by Gus,Ben and Troy(?) and cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a few issues with the location of the tub due to my house being built down a hill.however they were not phased and the obstacles were overcome. Can't thank the whole team enough.

Having completed our research we made an appointment with Wellis in Worthing. An informative discussion with Aaron followed a test swim in the, in shop, swim spa and we placed our order. The process has been straight forward and the swim spa was installed by Ben and Troy on Saturday. Today Gus finished the commissioning and told us what we needed to know regarding operation and maintenance. Everyone involved have been friendly, helpfulI and knowledgeable. Thank you Harry. Recently ordered my new Hot tub, Pluto, from Wellis Sussex. Fantastic sales experience with no pressure, and full of knowledge.
Had it delivered today. Great work from the delivery team. Very helpful people. Couldn't ask for more.

So happy we used a local provider in Wellis Sussex. Great service from start to finish. From ordering to delivery installation and commissioning, it was flawless. Wellis Sussex also organised the crane to lift the hot tub over our house, so do not let any access issues stop you from having the hot tub you want.

Great service from Wellis.. from the minute we walked into the showroom to the delivery of a Malaga Spa, we had great service from Aaron at the point of sale, and Ben on the installation.
The delivery and installation was smooth.. even with a crane involved, Ben was fantastic throughout the whole installation.

I can’t compliment the team at Wellis Sussex enough. Their customer service is excellent from the minute we walked into the showroom and discussed our requirements, to installation of our Jupiter Hot Tub. All the staff are so knowledgeable and have a great customer service ethic. For me it was really important to buy a £6000 product form a local supplier as I know if I need any advice or assistance regarding my hot tub they will be able to. Having made our choice and got a great deal we then sat back and waited for today! Excellent support on what electric infrastructure we needed and the patience the team showed when we hit the panic button over access! Why did we worry - it went like a dream today. Ben and his buddy (so sorry grey moment on names) were a dream team delivering, fitting and training us!
